Hotel Gonzaga  

Great personnel. Always attentive and good recommendations. Fully recommend the hotel. If you go, go to the store in front in the main street for typical local products.

Old furniture. Unconfortable shower and bad towels. Not a nice breakfast (powder juices).

The hotel was very centrally located to everything...and in walking distance to all of the transportation anyone would need to tour the city within easy access to the airport. We were very comfortable in the hotel and after reading all previous comments we were ready to cancel our reservation. Although past comments are helpful we now feel after booking several reservations in europe through booking.com that we will consider all negative commentary with a grain of salt. This hotel was a wonderful value for the money. If you want a 5 star experience for a 3 star price your expectations will never be met, however if you get a 3 star hotel for an excellent price and have an open mind you will be pleasantly surprised. We would most definately recommend this hotel, and we would be happy to stay here again when we are in milan

poor service, poor room facility

Liked it near the central train station and near cafe and supermarkets.

The reception staff, a Tunisian guy was very rude. The room Aircond worked like a few hours, we had to open windows to sleep but mozzie bites coz summer and very hot. No coffee making, and we paid more than e170 per nite.

Poor breakfast. Most of the staff doesn't speak English on acceptable level.

I found the staff very helpful and efficient and the rooms and beds very good.I think it is an excellent hotel for the prices we paid.

Near the Centrale Station. Very large room (for three persons). Very Clean.

Lot of traffic noise. Earplugs is the must. Was ok for one night.

great location and great room

Hotel is a little difficult to find if you do not know what you are looking for- and it is only on the 3rd floor so if you are entering after hours it is challenging figure out how to get it. But - it is very well located, a great value, a great room and overall a wonderful experience.

Great location, just 200 m from Statzione Centrale were the airport coaches stops. Nice and clean rooms

Value for money, very convenient for Central Station, trams and metro.

Some rooms get a lot of street noise - would bother a light sleeper.

Older style but clean spacious room, fantastic proximity to the train station helped us, generally very pleased with the value considering seven of us stayed in three rooms for under $e200

Although my room had 4 air conditioning units, none seemed to be able to operate at night time, and we had very hot humid weather for the time of year, which resulted in all of us sleeping poorly and waking dehydrated from sweating
