Short walk to slope. We left our skis/boots with rental shop next to slope, so the walk was even easier. Great food. Excellent sauna, pool, steam room...
Wifi was advertised but too poor to be usable. Plenty of 4G coverage in the area though. The 'tea' in the sauna area was undrinkable! I think it was supposed to be 'healthy'.
Warm welcome from management upon arrival. The rooms were very spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Even though we appeared to be the only English staying during the week, we were very well looked after. The staff generally, were terribly efficient and were always accommodating. An enjoyable stay.
Difficult to fault the hotel at all really. If there was one area which we felt could be improved, that would be the food. For several mornings, the scrambled eggs at breakfast contained chopped ham or bacon, no very good if you're a vegetarian and some of the evening menus lacked a little thought in this area to. Having said this, requests for alternate arrangements were dealt with in an obliging manner and with minimum fuss. Generally the food was of a good standard.
Location, food, helpful staff, cleanliness
Lack of air conditioning
The staff were welcoming and helpful from the outset. The room (superior deluxe) was comfortable and spacious, plenty for our needs. Breakfast and dinner had wide range of fare on offer and it changed day to day so you did not get the same options cropping up all the time. The hotel also ran a couple of themed nights for the dinner service whilst we were there which was a nice touch.
I loved everything! The location the friendliness of the whole staff from the ancilary staff to the receptionists to the owners. The rooms were spotless and the food great both breakfasts and dinners I would recommend the hotel without reservations. I travel europe every year with a group of 20 friends from the us, and this has been by far the best place we stayed at
Wi-fi connection could be faster.......
marvelous morning views of the mountains :) nice variety of dining
lack of good fitness room :( zero nightlife..
nice position close to lifts, perfect service, great food
We loved the food at the hotel, even though we are tough foodies. Although there is not a lot of personnel, they are always attentive and nice, going out of their way to make your stay more comfortable.
Everithing was perfect! Place, staff, food, room, pool, sauna !!!
Good access to the slopes Clean Well-kept Good view from rooms Friendly staff Nice spa, despite naked rule (get there early) Good access to the Sella Ronda
Quiet town, no night life Unaware that this was an enforced naked only spa (and there was an item printed in the daily newsletter claiming that wearing swimwear is toxic to yourself and other guests, which we felt was aimed at us after our first night)! Food was really patchy...some nights good, other nights really quite awful. They should stick to the good regional cooking that they did really well rather than trying to complicate 'modern' dishes
