Hotel Gran Duca Di York  

Very good room, very clean and spacious. Excellent staf, very good breakfast and a perfect location at a few steps from the Duomo.

No late check out policy, we had to pay for another night because we stayed in the room for a few hours more.

This hotel is centrally located, just around the corner from the Duomo. It was in a quiet spot. The breakfast was more than adequate and the enthusiastic staff made up for a small breakfast room where you may have to wait at peak times. The bathroom was small but the shower was fabulous.

Nothing to dislike

Very close to the center of things. Good size rooms. Breakfast was good.

Hotel staff seems a bit indifferent. The street in front of the hotel was bring torn up which made a lot of noise and some times difficult to navigate the street. This was not the fault of the hotel.

EVERYTHING! Superior room in 3rd floor corner location was excellent: bright, light, spacious. Excellent breakfast available until 10:30am. Ideal location for the Duomo, Galleria, and a straight shot to La Scala in less than 10 mins. Staff were friendly and helpful; all spoke English when asked. TV channels include BBC World and CNN International. Fridge contains complimentary soft drinks + 2 bottles of Campari and soda, a nice touch. Campari is replenished daily, so are soft drinks I would imagine. BYOB if you wish.

There's really nothing much to say here. Oh, a list of TV channels would have been a bit of a plus, but not significant really....

this was not my first stay in this Hotel, but is always a pleasure top come back. Excellent & helpfull stuff, always ready to reccomend, book, suggest on any of your questions. Rooms with yellow carpet walls are very romantic , cleaned daily very thoroughly and fresh. Cappucino on the breakfest is as good as in small coffe's in town.

The breakfast was good, city center, walking distance to all historical attraction. Would stay here again.

The personnel were super friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

It was so close to the main attractions; it was easy to go by foot and easy to find. Complementary breakfasts had a great deal of variety. A detail to interior design. Rooms were new and clean. Very comfortable.

It didn't have any tea or coffee facilities, however, there was beverage service by a waiter in the foyer which really made up for it. The walls are a little thin and you can hear most sharp noises around you. But not a real issue

The location is perfect. In a quiet silent place but in the most centre of Milano!!!!

The hotel is in an excellent location and has very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast.

There are very friendly staff. The breakfast is testy and full. There is clean in the room. The bathroom is big and comfortable. It's all right!

My room was small and there had not any wardrobe, only small place for clothers.

Great location, possibility to park a car

The beds are comfortable. Location close to the Dome and everything reachable by foot! Breakfast is great. And I liked the Apples at the reception desk!

We liked everything! The staff is very helpful and friendly, breakfasts are delicious, great location. Been to La Scala, just 5 min. Walk. Stayed here twice already.

Location is perfect for a quick citybreak. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very friendly. The soft drinks in the freedge is free and refilled each day.

There vere som noice from the street (we sleapt in room 102, first floor) - but with earplugs it was ok...

Almost everything, Fine, helpful staff, excellent bed and desk. Lighting also first class. We've stayed here five times and love it!; just a coouple of blocks from LaScala.

Bathtub and bathroom floor were very slippery. No problem for baths, but taking a shower requires care.

Nice clean hotel, located very close to the Piazza Duomo. Fantastic breakfast.

Our room was right opposite the 2 elevators so a bit noisy with people coming and going.

The location was great & the receptionist were ultra friendly and helpful.
