Abbiamo adorato questo hotel!!! siamo stati davvero benissimo, tutto ineccepibile! La posizione è perfetta,è vicinissimo al Duomo e a piazza Cordusio non poteva essere migliore! la strada è comunque molto tranquilla e non abbiamo mai sentito alcun tipo di rumore. Un punto di merito va di certo allo staff, tutte persone estremamente disponibili e gentili,davvero perfetti ! Le camere sono molto carine, raccolte ma davvero confortevoli e dotate di tv satellitare. I bagni sono nuovissimi, in particolare la doccia è davvero meravigliosa, una rilassante cascata d'acqua direttamente dal soffitto. Pulizia da 10 e lode e una ricca e invitante prima colazione inclusa. Il minibar è gratis! Super consigliato, ritornerò di certo al prossimo soggiorno!

sarebbe davvero difficile trovarne qualcuno. Proprio a cercare il pelo nell'uovo gli ascensori sono vecchiotti e stonano con la bellissima linea dell'hotel. Ma questo proprio ad essere pignoli!!!

Non è stato possibile fare una bella doccia calda perchè l'acqua era solo tiepida...

vicinanza al Duomo, posizione centralissima ma senza confusione del traffico, cortesia e disponibilità dello staff, colazione a buffet con discreta scelta

camere non insonorizzate, strano odore degli asciugamani in bagno, riscaldamento non regolabile (un po' troppo caldo in stanza), letto comodo ma cigolante, camera un po' piccola come matrimoniale

Staff were happy to help and the supply of bottle water was free. Rooms very clean and bright. Close to metro and catherdral as advertised. check out not till 12.00 so we were able to have the morning out without worrying about our luggage before flying home. Breakfast offerred a good choice although the dining room was a little small but again clean and tidy.

no drink making facilities in room but from memory I think this is common to other hotels in Milan.rather than this particular hotel

The hotel was comfortable, the rooms clean and of good size by European standards. It is very well situated to walk to the major sites in Milan.

The location & the room decoration is perfect. The breakfast is also good with much variety. The balcony in the room is also perfect for a coffee break but the temperature in Nov is too cold to use it.

The heater is not warm enough. Have to wear our jacket in the room as the temperature outside is about 3 to 5 degC in the night. We told the staff to repair it but it is only slightly better after the repair. Still cold. The lift is too small & can only hold 2 persons...the luggage have to squeeze. The shower screen in the bathroom should also be of full length so that the floor will not be so wet after a shower.

The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The rooms were clean, the staff was amazingly nice and helpful and the location cannot be beat. We loved the hotel, it's perfect for a stay in Milan on a reasonable budget.

We liked location. It is central but still quite. We love a little balcony garden. Breakfast wa wery good.Room was nice and clean and the new washrooms were great.We will definitely stay in this hotel agan.

On the way back to Milan we stayed in room 103. The room has great layout with beautifull garden and spacious washroom, but it was a smoking room and smeled lot like smoke.
