Situation of the hotel perfect (just 2 minutes walking to the Duomo), room really nice decorated and comfortable (although not very big and curtains of the wardrobe not so nice...), bathroom completely renewed. Quite a good continental breakfast. Breakfast room was maybe too small. We did not fit the second morning, but the lady prepared us another table in the hall (really nice from her). |

The staff was very pleasant. Normal breakfast. Location is excellent. How it seems to to me it would be better to put in the rooms the adapters for the wall outlets |

Staff were happy to help and the supply of bottle water was free. Rooms very clean and bright. Close to metro and catherdral as advertised. check out not till 12.00 so we were able to have the morning out without worrying about our luggage before flying home. Breakfast offerred a good choice although the dining room was a little small but again clean and tidy. no drink making facilities in room but from memory I think this is common to other hotels in Milan.rather than this particular hotel |

The location & the room decoration is perfect. The breakfast is also good with much variety. The balcony in the room is also perfect for a coffee break but the temperature in Nov is too cold to use it. The heater is not warm enough. Have to wear our jacket in the room as the temperature outside is about 3 to 5 degC in the night. We told the staff to repair it but it is only slightly better after the repair. Still cold. The lift is too small & can only hold 2 persons...the luggage have to squeeze. The shower screen in the bathroom should also be of full length so that the floor will not be so wet after a shower. |

for a small hotel, the facilities are beautiful, breakfast is comprehensive, parking is nearby, and it is only a 5-10 minute walk to most of our important spots to visit.will return again |

The rooms were clean, the staff was amazingly nice and helpful and the location cannot be beat. We loved the hotel, it's perfect for a stay in Milan on a reasonable budget. |

The location is superb; close to the Cathedral and la Scala and surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet is fine with a rapid turnover in an otherwise small breakfast room. |

We liked location. It is central but still quite. We love a little balcony garden. Breakfast wa wery good.Room was nice and clean and the new washrooms were great.We will definitely stay in this hotel agan. On the way back to Milan we stayed in room 103. The room has great layout with beautifull garden and spacious washroom, but it was a smoking room and smeled lot like smoke. |

Position is very nice, stuff kind. The breakfast for Italian standard is good, (but below average for European standard) Wi-Fi doesn't reach rooms, there are no electric plugs, I had to de-plug the TV to charge my phone. Also, I got a superior room, and it was just a very normal room. I hope the normal room are not worse than taht. |
