Great hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff, comfort and friendly environment, also the necessary facilities were on very high level of quality. I would recommend the Best Western Hotel Gran Mogol to everybody looking for a nice, suitable hotel, perfectly located in the Turin center and providing the privacy and excellent working conditions in a case you are business traveler.

This was a great hotel for a weekend away. I was always met with a smile and though there were 4 different people working at the desk they remembered my room enough and helped me improve my average italian. I was in a single room on the first floor, yes there was some street noise, but what more can you expect staying in the centre of a city!!? The location was fantastic some good resturants nearby and very straight forward to get into the centre, also the most important point for me, a solo female traveller was that it was also very safe walking home alone after hours was not a problem. The internet was easy, reliable and free. Also, airconditioning worked for both heating and cooling and was very easy to control in the room.

Nothing. As long as you don't arrive expecting the Hilton you will be pleasantly suprised. They offer everything that is promised and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Room quite "old looking" - but who really stays in the room right ? ac didn't work (for cooling)

The location is superb, two minuites from the station and the pedestrain zone with a range of shops and eating places. Within easy walking distance of the major sights in Turin. Nothing whatsoever to complain about in the hotel.

Очень симпатичный отель - понравился больше, чем многие европейские 4-х звездочные отели. Расположение очень удачное, до основных достопримечательностей и магазиной пешком 10 минут. Хороший завтрак, матрасы и подушки хорошие. Возможно, в комнатах не хватало лоска и некоторых принадлежностей типа швейного набора, но это все, включая пену для бритья, лезвия и пр., давали бесплатно на ресепшн. Очень приветливый персонал!

Слышимость шума из других номеров ощутимая, впрочем, как в большинстве центральных отелей. В номере не было сейфа, но он был на ресепшн. В остальном все понравилось.

Ottima la posizione e la gentilezza dello Staff ( mi hanno permesso di parcheggiare nei pochi parcheggi riservati dell'Hotel ).

Camere con arredamenti non proprio nuovissimi, ma comunque decenti.
