The location was very good for those who went there to visit padre pio. Very good parking. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size. There was a smell in the room. It might have been the cleaning detergents. But it wasn't that welcoming when one walked into the room. There was not much choice for breakfast. |

Bellissimo l'albergo, e cortese e disponibile il personale all'accoglienza,buone le camere e la pulizia.Garage e internet grattuito! Meglio di così! Ottima anche la cucina e impeccabile il servizio. La posizione poi dell'hotel è fantastica, due passi a piedi e ci si trova nei principali luoghi di culto di Padre Pio.Soddisfatto. |

Desideriamo informare della realtà dei fatti, riguardo il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel senza tuttavia denigrare l'operato ed il lavoro del personale. L'Hotel è situato a circa 5-600 metri reali dalla Nuova chiesa e dalla vecchia che dista 100 metri dalla nuova. Il personale è gentile. La nostra camera era situata al secondo piano dell'hotel all'ala destra in quanto ovviamente l'altra era chiusa per mancanza di prenotazioni. Questo ha determinato che i rumori si sentissero parecchio tra le camere ed il corridoio centrale. Il fatto che tutti gli ospiti siano stati messi in una sola parte dell'hotel non giustifica i rumori, dati evidentemente dai lavori di isolamento non effettuati a regola tra camere e piano. Si percepiva bene il vociferare dei vicini e lo scrosciare dell'acqua. La pulizia apparantemente effettuata bene, nascondeva dietro la poltrona lo sporco. Poco pratico il soffione della doccia, sopprattutto per le donne che non lavano i capelli ad ogni doccia, in quanto fisso a parete ed alto. Linea wireless non presente nelle camere. Il frigo bar, non raffredda, mantiene solo la temperatura degli alimenti inseriti, siano essi caldi o freddi: non adatto a medicinali. Colazione ridotta al minimo indispensabile, forse per via della bassa stagione.Ottimo il garage al coperto con ascensore. |

Vicinanza alla nuova Chiesa di San Pio Personale troppo distaccato e disponibile a dare suggerimenti e assistenza agli ospiti. Differenza evidente tra l'aspetto esterno dell'hotel (da 4 stelle) e quello interno (da 3 stelle max). Arredamento delle camere spartano. Bagno piccolo e senza prodotti da bagno tipici dei 4 stelle (sapone, bagno schiuma, shampoo, etc). Camere rumorose (si sentivano tutti i rumori provenienti dal corridoio) e con un cattivo odore all'ingresso delle stesse. Colazione carente. |
