All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful - no request was too much bother. Marco at front desk reception was particularly helpfull. We stayed in a delux junior suite which was spacious and well designed. The treatments/massages from the Four Roses Bennessere Centre were fantastic and relaxing...again, the staff were always accomodating. A great weekend!

struttura curata.ottimo il ristorante.staff dell'hotel e del ristorante molto cordiale.qualità prezzo ottima.camera pulitissima e ben arredata posizione facile da raggiungere dall'autostrada. carente lo stato del bagno in camera che risultava più veccchio.e poco curato nella manutenzione straordinaria.

L'hotel era molto bello ed il personale molto disponibile, pulizia ai massimi livelli. E' veramente consigliato se trovate un'offerta come la nostra (sconto 50% sulla camera e quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato una junior suite invece della normale camera). Anche la spa è bella, forse un po' piccola. Ideale come punto di partenza per scoprire il territorio della val d'Orcia.

Bella struttura, belle e pulite le camere, spaziose e con tutti I confort. Ottimo il centro benessere (compreso nel prezzo della camera con prima colazione). Prenotando con booking abbiamo trovato anche un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Buona la colazione. Il servizio della prima colazione non era consono ad un 4 stelle superior - le tovaglie con le quali era apparecchiato non venivano cambiate ad ogni cambio di cliente ma semplicemente ripulite dal personale.

L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal centro termale sensoriale di Chianciano, personale cordiale e professionale, camere al livello delle 4 stelle spaziose con tutti I confort e il bagno ha una doccia multifunzione, pulizia ottima. Mi dispiace non aver potuto provare il loro centro termale per motivi di tempo. La colazione molto varia ed abbondante, che dire..... Se capito ancora da quelle parti questo sarà l'hotel dove tornerò!

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti in maniera molto cortese, alle 18 hanno servito una degustazione di prodotti tipici toscani. Nel complesso un bel posto sicuramente ci ritornerò. Unico neo che essendo un 4 stelle le valigie in camera dovrebbero essere portate dal personale e monda me. Comunque un buon albergo.

Die Erreichbarkeit und gute Lage für die Südtoskana, um Trips zu unternehmen. Herrliche Aussicht über die ganze Region. Wir wurden an der Rezeption unfreundlich und arrogant empfangen. Der Poolbereich im Keller ist nicht optimal, weil kein Tageslicht vorhanden. Das Hotel könnte Saunaregeln aushängen, weil die Italiener da noch keine Erfahrung haben und es eine schreckliche Saunakultur gibt. Ich habe nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Meine Reklamation wurde einfach ignoriert.

Bellissimo hotel in posizione panoramica, staff molto gentile. Onestamente per essere un albergo di lusso mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di più sia al centro fitness (povero di attrezzature e piccolo) sia al centro benessere (le stanze dei massaggi sono un po' troppo scarne, con lettini scomodi e non riscaldati e soprattutto la mancanza di candele e musica in sottofondo durante un massaggio relax che sono due condizioni essenziali)

Personale gentile cortese. Competenza dello staff del centro benessere Voto alla struttura 6 meno. Lontano da un 4 stelle lusso. La mia stanza con vasca idromassaggio ma la finestra a piano terra con affaccio sul parcheggio. Letto matrimoniale con 2 materassi singoli, centro benessere affollato e rumoroso.

プロモーション料金で宿泊しました。ローマから２時間、静かな町で、ゆったりとスパを利用しながら休暇を過- ごすにはよい場所です。ホテルは１ｆに宿- 泊しましたが、夜はカラオケの音が大きいので、できれば２ｆ以上に宿泊したいものです。他のお客さんも静か- に過ごしていて（カラオケ以外）、温泉療- 養地らしい場所です。

La struttura l'accesso al centro benessere troppo caro. La reception non all'altezza della struttura, mi hanno anche richiesto i soldi dopo che ero partito e avevo pagato. Per prenotare direttamente mi hanno chiesto di scannerizzare la carta di credito ed autorizzarli al prelievo!! Mai avuta una richiesta del genere!!!
