In Beauty center excellent masseurs, a good sauna, simulators for fitness . For a breakfast excellent yoghurt . The air conditioning is necessary in fitness club . |

Nice and new, but rather small rooms. Nice outlook towards the valley reception personnel correct but rather uninterested. Breakfast room/restaurant is a big hall and does look like a factory restaurant. |

Nice, new rooms with good facilities and parking at the hotel. Beautiful city of Montepulciano on only 10 minutes distance from the hotel. The treatment at the reception is really very unfriendly, on going chewing her gum! Restaurants in the neighbourhood are very few or were closed. Wellness is not included. Distance to Siena is longer than on the booking site ! |

Central location, parking facilities Our room had a shared balcony with the neighbouring room. When the guest from this room smoked his cigarettes outside, we got the whole smoke into our room, unless we closed the window. The surroundings of the hotel are rather run-down, the pedestrian walk-ways in poor condition. |

Good location. Very nice staff, very helpful in any problems we had. We love to have freash water and other drinks in our fridge free of charge. Also the Spa side offered free water, tea and fruits. We felt Spa area was not warm enough. Also staying there for one week we felt that breakfasts were simple and everyday we had the same choices. The room we had was too little to be 4 stars +. |

schöne, ruhige Lage, sehr saubere Zimmer, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, genügend Parkplätze, gepflegter Aussenpool teilweise sehr unfreundliches Personal (an der Rezeption!) , nicht angekündigte Preiszuschläge für Bademantel, Hallenschwimmbad ..., eintöniges, schwaches Frühstücksbüffet. |
