We stayed ten nights for a conference and holiday and asked to be upgraded, and were! We had a beautiful, huge corner room with king-sized bed, sofa, chair, coffee table, desk, and a large table.

the wireless in the lobby was not free,contrary to the impression from the website. However, my blackberry worked, so we were fine.

the hotel has no parking and the staff did not take care on that, no explanation where to put the car. I had to park my car in the garage of another hotel.

The staff we encountered during our stay we all well trained and very good.

Quite difficult to get to the hotels front door with a car and very expensive car parking.

I have been travelling in Italy for 2 months and this hotel is the best. The position is perfect, the view sensational. Rooms comfy and spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and efficient and are smiling which is rare in customer service in Italy. The restaurant has a wonderful view of Florence, the ambiance and service from the staff are great. A very comfortable and ejoyable stay..10 from me

Very old, it even looks untidy, very poor service, tough the location is excellent and the prices are resonnable.

The hotel was in an excellent location, the room was spacious and our triple room was very comfortable. Dinner on the terrace topped it off. The food was excellent but the ambience was unbeatable

The hotel location. The view of the city from the rooftop restaurant.

It seemed that the hotel could use a bit of refreshing the carpets looked worn and stained.
