Hotellissa oli ammattimaisesti toimivat ja palvelualttiit ovimiehet / vahtimestarit. Aamupala oli hyvä.

Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu, vastasi hyvin kuvasta. Ei mitään valitettavaa. Aamiaishuoneesta loistavat näköalat ja ihana terassi.

Beautiful hotel, elegant yet quirky. Lots of polished wood and creaky floorboards. Very helpful staff.

Concierge service. At times acted like we were a bother. One in particularly ... tall one.

Excellent location very close to the train station (but not noisy) and the city sights, great rooms, superb roof garden, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff (with one exception.)

Arrogant, unfriendly Concierge. Minor requests for assistance were handled begrudgingly. It was the only blemish on an otherwise pleasant stay.

if you want to be near the station - fine.

the only restaurant was fully booked throughout our stay,& no alternative dining option, except room service. Guests do not expect to have to go out to eat.never experienced before in any hotel, anywhere.No lounge, either.

The location was excellent for sightseeing and shops.

Room was noisy it overlooked a dinning patio. Went on very loud into very late almost early hours. I has especially asked for quiet room away from elevator noise-I guess I got my wish at the end of the whole floor and beyond.

way too expensive for what we recieved ie: small rooms with no natural lught and in two days out of three no hot water to shower!

Staff was most accommodating and pleasant. They were aware thought booking.com that we would be an early arrival, and they were ready for us

The mattress was hard as a rock, but not bad enough that I lost sleep

Early check-in & late check-out granted, room very spacious & overall setup with furniture portrays old classical European style, location excellent just 5 minutes of walk away from main railway station, many shops & restaurants nearby, excellent view from roof top restaurant (one can enjoy meal with the duomo in sight).

Window locks jammed, bathroom needs better maintenance, staff not very friendly and hospitable.

The proximity to everywhere of Florence; the classic interior such as the tall high windows with tinted glasses has added an air of class and taste...

Some staff at the front desk were not particularly eager to help but in general they are helpful. The bathroom's walls are quite worn out.

- Location, 5-7 mins walk (with 1 luggage) from s m Novella Station ; also within walking distance from most shopping areas and famous landmarks - Clean - Decent breakfast - Staff generally friendly and helpful - Free Wi-Fi even in the rooms

- Room is too dimmed even with all lights switched on - Only long bath available. The bathroom can get quite wet if one is used to standing shower because the glass panel at the side of the long bath is short and is movable - TV reception is not very clear

Beautifully decorated hotel in the heart of Florence, very comfortable and the staff is friendly. Will be happy to come back and will recommend to my friends.

Interesting/charming historical interior.

Only half of the window shutter could be opened. Room safe not working. Restaurant unable to cope with number of hotel guests at breakfast.

it was the second time I was at Baglioni Firenze, and for the second time I found morning breakfast absolutely inadequate and unsuitable to the hotel standing; both with regad to F&B and with regad to service. Maybe they hope to make amends with breakfast room's location and landscape, but it's not enough.....

The breakfast was good but if you don't get up early you line up. We are early birds so we could admired the view from the 5th floor Garden restaurant

We were very disappointed! We stayed in the hotel exactly 16 years ago and the time stopped! Dirty walls, broken facilities in the room. The reception staff as snobbish and unhelpful as 16 years ago. We will not celebrate our 20th year anniversary at that place for sure

Room was very cold and the sink in the bathroom was leaking even if we asked for repair!!!

Great location next to the train station and close to the main shopping and walking district. Spacious rooms, high quality furniture, beautiful ! Clean and organized. Good restaurant with outstanding city views!

The mattress was too hard.

Wonderful hotel with historic atmosphere aš if it were not a hotel, but some palace where you'vė been invited by remote relatives.the furniture IŠ antique, the rooms are hugs, the bathrooms are very good and clean.

Quite expensive.

Great hotel to explore Firenze. Terrific breakfast. Great view from restaurant. Restaurant staff good, but Reception staff a bit indifferent. Very convenient if travelling by train and for airport buses.

The entrance is beautiful, really italian, romantic style. Well situated, perfect for walking in Florence. The breakfast room has a gorgeous view. The outdoor rooftop restaurant has a stunning view (unfortunatly close during winter :s) The staff at the reception are serviable and polite The free wifi was really great.

The staff that was cleaning the hotel... Speaking SO loud at 9 am!! They woke me up! The bathroom was really small. The room aren't insonorized at all, we can listen what the room next to us or the room upstair are doing. The parking at 36 € by day...
