No way to stop heating system in room but that was not a problem for us since temperatures were still cool in April

we only stayed one night so cant comment too much . the rooms were clean as was hotel.and staff were helpful. would stay there again

the only thing i would have liked is in the rooms that there was tea and coffee making facility's

Our room was beautiful, with wonderful Italian linens. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was served in a beautiful garden room and there was a large variety of things to choose from.

The booking.com address was Catania but it is located in Acicastello so we had a hard time finding the hotel. When booking ask for directions.

Everything, there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel or staff I didn't like.

The Internet service was difficult to use. Lost connectivity and changing codes.

Bad breakfast, same things for 10 days, restaurant staff bad and unpolite. Overall location very good, but the staff makes the stay not so pleasant.

1.Location (in the nearest suburbs of Catania) 2. Dinning hall and food 3. Hotel's seaside territory. You could walk down to the sea stepping on black lava stones and see black lava stones/cliffs drawing into enormous blue and transparent water, charming pine trees, silence. You can feel yourself absolutely isolated from the outer world. Right place for relaxation and energy collecting.

1. Location. You should use taxi or rented car to travel to the city (it's 3.5 km from the hotel to the Catania's centre). Bus stop is in 15 metres from the hotel's entrance, but you have to wait a bus one or two hours. Or three. I don't know exactly how much.There is no schedule on. 2. Staff. They accommodated me in a charming room with a balcony looking at the see and the hotel's yard. But a noise of conditioner system in the room and the same noise from neighboring rooms didn't let me to sleep all the night. When next day I've applied with my claim to the lobby asking to resettle me into another quite room I saw a short performance. An old man came with me to listen noises in the room, because staff didn't know that such nightmare could ever happen in their hotel. Only after learning the situation they understood that I've spent last night in a sort of Guantanamo. And I got a second key-card for a quite room. 3. I hate when somebody gives you a putrid apple as a compliment. Unfortunately a hotel did this. The apples in compliment vase were putrid .

Location, location, location. Right on the water so that we could go swimming in the pool or the ocean. Very nice terrace restaurant with nice staff.

Our room was full of ants and the floor hasn't been properly washed. It's also a rundown looking hotel from the outside and could use some updating.

The location of this hotel is excellent if you like the sea and quiet surroundings. The hotel also has a very nice (clean and wide) outdoor pool. The staff is quite friendly. The prices are as to be expected of a four star hotel. The breakfast (buffet) gave quite a lot of choices and the view from the breakfast room is rather breathtaking ,with an opening towards the sea. If ever I will return in Catania I would probably return to stay in this hotel.

The internet ( however free) needed password codes that were to be renewed every day and the internet quality was not very good. The Hotel is rather away from Catania's city center ( about 8 km) and the ways to get to the center are rather limited or expensive: the bus rarely passes and there are no fixed time tables , by foot it takes about an hour , and the taxi (at night) costs about 20euros(one way). Also, to get from the airport of Catania to the hotel is quite an adventure if you do not want to take a taxi or you don't have a car. The bus at the airport does not come according to a certain schedule and the connections are not obvious.

Slightly noisy.

Breakfast isn't as qualitative as we expect for that kind of hotel. Service is very poor and not fair. And the "room" is too hot to appreciate that moment and the superb view.

Localizazão excelente para que tem carro- o que era o meu caso, estacionamento gratuito, pequeno almoços bons ,zona calma e sossego bom para descansar e ao fim do dia de percorrer a varias cidades e vilas da sicilia, tomar um baínho de mar ou piscina e, relaxar.tv com HD.

Não se admite num hotel desta categoria não ter wirleless gratuito e ter de pagar 8€/dia.

The staff were wondeful, and the facilities excellent.

It was too hot. But that's hardly the fault of the Hotel.

Enough away from the city noise, but enough close to arrive in downtown in 15 minutes by car. Magnificent seaview.

The main restaurante menu is good but not offering too many options specially for children.

Wonderful hotel with amazing views, nice big pool & pool area with bar that serves lunch with really friendly staff. Rooms again had stunning views, big beds & walk in shower. Breakfast was fun, sitting out on the balcony overlooking the sea.

Only bad point was the hotel restaurant with disgusting food & rude staff. But we eat out most of time, so not a problem. Lots of restaurants in the fishing village of Aci Trezza. Just remember you’re in Italy & the pace is a lot slower, so go with the flow.
