Super clean Comfortable beds Super nice bathroom with a bathtub Kind staff Decent breakfast ( could be better for a four star hotel) Value for money. At the time I was staying, for the price I paid to stay there, one couldnt even find a decent guesthouse, let alone a 4 star luxurious hotel.
It is NOT located in urban Milano. That is why, the two day urban pass wont work there. You either have to buy another non urban path or a single ticket. I asked for a kettle because I was sick and needed something hot to drink, and they said they dont have any. It is kinna ridiculous for a 4 star hotel not to provide any means of hot drinking water for its customers. I mean even a guesthouse would have a boiler.
Underground privat parking.
Smell from heating system but that's nothing.
We spent several nights during the New year holidays. The hotel is pretty far from the city center but subway station is only 200 m from the hotel and only 15 min ride to Duomo. Room was very clean, warm, comfortable with huge bed and enough space. The staff was polite and business oriented. WiFi worked properly in the room. Breakfast was very good. Supermarket is right near the hotel. Very good value for the money that we paid.
The hotel is not properly marked from subway direction. The hotel restaurant and cafe, was not working during the New year holidays.
located 5 mins from M1 metro, 10 mins from sesto san giovanni railway station, big room, large bed, good breakfast, 1 minute from supermarket
wi-fi bugging from time to time, no big deal, really
Angry waiter in the restaurant (30-31 dec 2014)
Bed was great, big and comfortable. Guy at the front desk changed our room on our request, because we didn't want the room right next to the elevator. Bathroom is nice. The metro station is really near, and right outside is a really big supermarket if u need anything. There was good wifi signal in the room, and in the lobby also. Also, there is a parking right outside, although I am not sure if you have to pay it, ask at the reception. Good value for the money you pay. It is a little far from the city center, but the metro works great, only a few stops, and you are in center of Milan.
Breakfast is nice, but should be a little more varied. For example, at the time I didn't eat any animal products, and the only thing I could eat in this hotel is bread and fruit. There even were no vegetables at the breakfast. Although I sent special request to the hotel saying about my diet, they didn't prepare anything. My husband eats animal products, and even he says that the breakfast was poor. Well, to be honest, it is a regular 3 star hotel breakfast. If you are not picky (as I was), you will eat just fine.
Everything, honestly, the hotel is far from city centre, for example, Duomo square is 13 metro stations far, but, with Milano card, I have no problems with that (15 min ride). Metro station Sesto Rondo (M1 Red) is 200m from hotel...
large and comfortable room and bed, big variety of breakfast
location, far from the center, cold room,
The staff is not enough for the breakfast time. We waited a while for them to refill the table.
This hotel in general is a hotel for business guests who leave the hire early in the morning and return late to retire for the next morning. Serene, quite and peaveful. Excellent decor.
This is a very grand hotel with a spiral staircase to lead you to breakfast, which was the best we had in our month of travelling in Italy. Gluten free was no problem and they provided me with a special GF bio pack. Much appreciated.
The location was a bit out of the way as it rained most of our stay which was early November.
Quiet & clean Wi Fi was good signal
TV channels , well fare not supporting in rooms ( cattle , tea , coffee , etc..
comfortable bed, nice hotel, good breakfast
location is pretty far away from the center. you can reach it though by subway, 8 or 9 stops
very good location (few minutes walk to the metro), tasty and rich breakfast, nice staff, clean and noisy rooms, big supermarket in front of the hotel, few minutes walk is very nice dinner and lounge bar (Cacao)
poor WiFi when raining, more expensive fare (the hotel is outside the Urban Zone)
WIFI speed good , very quite place , close to metro , price
Breakfast can be better for 4 stars , in toilet lot of hairs from previous peoples , too far from center
Everything! Clean, comfortable, upscale facility. Exceptional value with weekend rate. Staff particularly helpful (over the phone information on how to program in car GPS info so we could find the place at night). Front desk very professional and friendly. Underground parking a real boon.
No faults found here. World class!

Parking place included in room rate.
Despite the fact that we paid for a room with access to WiFi, WiFi did not work in the room. The room was very hot and stuffy, about 30 degrees Celsius. Do not operate the ventilation system. Opening the windows did not give results.Only noise. The front desk service - rude. They said-" If you pay for a room in this hotel not enough, you have to rely on the inconvenience". Breakfast room without window. Breakfast rather poor.
nice hotel, near a metro station, which is a little bit out of the second zone so it is more expensive.
been here a second time, this time we were not very satisfied with the breakfast. nothing was very good, the first day the eggs were bad. The shower had very cold and very hot intervals, could not take shower also they did not fix it.
Lovely spacious rooms. Great breakfast.
TVs are old.
The rooms, location etc
the reception staff especially the evening person can be more welcoming. NOT rude but just answers yes/no
Near to the metro, supermarket next door, spacious rooms, staff nice, restaurants and bars nearby, park with pizzeria. Tube into centre of Milan.
The park in front of the hotel a bit grim. Also twice reported broken toilet seat, but no response.
