They had a realy good price for a room.
Inaceptabil service quality at all staff.
Reception services irreproachable conduct employee was perfect. At the end of the stay I looked at the hotel luggage had several papers and valuables, and they announced me and I have returned to Romania in the best conditions. Congratulations!
Breakfast was good. Cleanliness good.
Staff was not very helpful. Location: A bit far walking to metro stations.
luxurious feel, private parking, fine breakfast, nice rooms
navigation doesn't work properly, hard to find,
Limited varieties for breakfast.
Friendly staff, very close to Milan Metro. So you don't have to pay center of Milan prices, but you can get to the center of Milan in about 15 minutes very easily. Also, the air conditioning in the rooms is very good.
Apparently the hotel has said that they don't have triple rooms but that bookings.com keeps booking them.
It is in a good location, clean with a fair price.
Clean spacious room Close to supermarket (2 mins) Close to metro station sesto Rondo (5 mins)
Unfriendly staff Far from attractions Poor breakfast buffet Definitely 8+ rating is exaggerated and misleading. No more than 7.4
Location,price,breakfast,supermarket is near
Nice and quiet district. Many choices to eat around. And just a few minutes from metro/underground
Very big and clean rooms. Best choice for this price. 40 min to the center. There is a big supermarket just near the hotel.
No one smile from the receptionists. The food in restaurant is not tasty at all.
Free car parking. Proximity to the metro - easy to get to central Milan.
Verbal directions to the metro were poor. No maps of Milan were available.
Price-to-value ratio is very good. Comfortable beds, fast and free wi-fi, free parking, aceptable breakfast. If is't enough for you for one night stay during your journey by car - you would be satisfied.
This hotel had better times. Smell of cost saving is everywhere. Battered bathroom, old elevators, etc.
The hair dryer in the bathroom was useless
a good quiet hotel. a supermarket next to it. metro is 5 min walk. 16 min ti Dunmo
tv is old crt
Its a short train ride into the centre of Milan (Duomo) The walk to the metro is about 10 mins. There is a supermarket downstairs (rear entrance) Parking is available
The location is strange The staff are not very friendly or helpful. Was not a good first impression of Italy. Asked for some cutlery for the room had to pay a 5 euro fee- thought that was a bit steep
The breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortabel and clean.
As we had travelled for 24h before arriving at the hotel I can imagine that we did'nt look too fresh. However, that is no excuse for the way the bald receptionist treated us. He looked at us like we were insects that infected his hotel, he was so rude and you could see that he did'nt want too help us with our "touristquestions". He even answered the phone in the middle of our check-in!
Walking distance of Tube Station (1/2 hr Milan center) Good supermarket close by Lots going on with Sunday Evening Market a short distance away (great Ice cream shop also) Good choice of breakfast Good secure underground parking
Restaurant not open in the evening and no bar
The staff was really the worst I've ever found: not professional, arrogant, impolite, not prepared, ... and all the bad adjectives can come in your mind. They were not able to give me any assistance since the very first day of my arrival. They were not aware of their own facilities (eg.: express ironing in 1 hour, even if at incredibly high price), they were not able to give me any suggestion related to my needs (I simply asked where I could find a laundry and the answer was "I don't think I saw a laundry here around...", while the laundry was no more than 100 meter from the hotel) and they made a wrong reservation the last day of my staying so I had to change the hotel even if I had to stay there for other 3 weeks. I also saw one employee at the reception having a bad argument with a customer in front of many other customers. But the absolutely worst one was the one that introduce himself as the manager of the reception: I was shocked for how arrogant and unprofessional he was. Unfortunately I was not able to have the telephone number of one of his bosses because I would be so please to call directly them to inform on what a bad employee they have as "manager". I would have fired him immediately for his way to behave with the customers as well as with his colleagues.
Noise of water was very loud whole night.
We arrived late and the personal as the desk was very frindly and spoke perfect english. The rooms were big and clean
The breakfast is rather poor. Mostly sweet cakes and small choice of bread only
We got a triple room in this hotel and were very happily surprised about how nice it turned out to be for the price. And the guy at the front desk, Filippo, was extremely helpful. Also, if internet doesn't reach your room and you have a laptop with you, then just ask for a an internet cord from the front! Not sure the people who complained about internet knew to do this.
I ordered a room with triple bed. They told me that they are fully booked and only have two rooms with 2 beds, so we had to split into two rooms on different floors.
For the price that was offered to me it was way beyond excellent
The breakfast is so so, i only rated facilities as good because of the worst wifi access within the room, no wifi signals in the room.
The location is superb for people traveling by car because A4 is close and there is free parking around the hotel. Metro station for M1 line is few minutes of walk away.
This is not hotel's fault but if you plan to use the metro after midnight - you can't. Only other option is taxi and that is not cheap.
