Nice clean rooms, lovely breakfast and a 10-15 min walk from the main sites of Pisa. The front desk staff were pretty rude and unfriendly, the walls were paper thin so you could hear every word spoken in the room next door. |

although not central ,the distance to the tower is fair enough. The shuttle to the station or airport announced by the hotel -you have to pay for i,it's not a courtesy one.The breakfast is poor for a 4 star. |

All staff were very helpful. Reception and restaurant/bar staff spoke good english and we felt that we were well looked after. |

Hotel was good, Reception staff were very nice and dinner was also lovely. Rooms very clean, small but adequate. Hotel is a small distance from the leaning tower but in the heat its a fair distance. All in all a good hotel One member of staff in the bar practically refused to get us food for lunch, we had to eat at the airport instead, this was the only downside we encountered. |

Hotel was convenient for sightseeing, being only 10 minute walk to Field of Dreams, and free on sight parking was a bonus. Alos very easy to get to airport. |

It was close to the tourist areas that we wanted to visit - leaning tower, Duomo etc. If you are travelling by train and do not want to get a taxi from the main Station in Pisa get off at the station that is about 4 minutes from the central station as it is very close to the hotel and you will not have to wheel your bags for 30 mins |

Close to Leaning Tower of Pisa and city area. Suitable for overnight stay. Didn't appear to be much else within a 15minute walk, but we didn't need other facilities has it was for one night only. Liked the electronic shutters on the veranda. Bathroom was wonderful. Room was compact. Lack of attention by staff, left feeling it was too much bother for the reception to deal with us. Insinuated we had arrived a day late when checking our documentation, but realised their mistake and no apology. They need more training on customer service. Also we availed ourselves of breakfast and evening meal. The dining chairs were the most uncomfortable we had sat in. They had round wooden circular frame without a padded insert.Sitting back against the round frame gave no back support and the frame dug into your shoulders. Diners were leaning on tables looking extremely uncomfortable and unable to relax, perhaps a ploy to get us out quickly. Sky tv very limited for English speaking tourists without paying a premium. |

Clean, modern hotel with helpful friendly staff. Air conditioned rooms very welcome. Restaurant lovely with breakfast excellent. Very convenient for airport. Also very good service for early flights, ie. breakfast in a bag and hotel shuttle. |
