We arrived at 9am and were amazed to find one of our two rooms were ready. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. We had booked a family room which was two double rooms adjoining-perfect. Good shower and good air con. |

We only stayed one night but it suited our needs for a quick sight-seeing stop-off in Pisa perfectly. The staff were friendly, spoke good English and gave us helpful information and directions. |

The room was perfect to two adults and two grown children, considering that it was constituted by two connected rooms. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. The localization was not so good. |

The staff were efficient and helpful, the location is good for a visit to the leaning tower. It's an ideal stop over when using the airport. The coffee at breakfast wasn't great but that's not really a big issue! |

I liked the modern rooms, the helpful staff, the good airconditioning, the quiet location near the Leaning Tower. and the genererous buffet breakfast. It was good to get two adjoining family rooms and so two bathrooms for our family of four! There were coments about the graffitti on the underpass near the hotel but felt these were exagerated, and did not feel any security problem when there with family- there is sadly lots of grafititti in Italian towns! |

The location was convenient for the leaning tower ( 5-10 minute walk), the rooms were attractively furnished and clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in a residential area, not scenic or romantic, but very good value for money and only a short walk to the centre. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful. |

The hotel was very nice, clean with a good breakfast. We had a double with twin via an internal door for our daughters which was much better than the usual extra beds in the main room. The car park is good for a city hotel. Pisa centre is reached via an underpass and is not a pleasant walk to the tower etc although not too far. |

Very good, comfortable, near the railway and airport but no noise at all - excellent soundproofing. Very close to historic sites, staff very friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent. |

The hotel was only 10 minutes walk to the Leaning Tower, had a nice breakfast buffet, and a comfortable, clean room. It was located right on a busy road that was annoying to cross and sometimes loud with traffic. The hot portion of breakfast was not so good (the scrambled eggs looked dried out and the bacon was so salty and fatty that it was inedible). |

Very helpful hotel staff, good breakfast, 10 minutes walking from Leaning Tower The hotel surrounding is not to nice- in front of the hotel is an unerground and railway but really close to the old town. The cleaning lady was thrown away one part of a toy and we had the feeling she was opening the wardrobe and searching around our thing( we've never had this feeling before) but nothing else was missing |

Good clean modern rooms with excellent breakfast close to the train station and Pisa It was close to a hosptal so ambulace sirens were common. However these were not too distracting. |

Thank goodness for the AC...it was sweltering. Staff were very friendly and competent and spoke English well. It's a bit overpriced and in a run-down part of town, but most of Pisa is run-down!! |

Hotel is located in the proximity to the tilted tower. The hotel is easily accessible by car. Free public parking within the hotel grounds (behind the gate). Free WiFi internet connection. |

The location to the main attractions of pisa was good ,a short walk but away from the many tourists. The politeness and friendliness of the stagg was excellent and general accomodation was very good. I would have liked a pool |
