The hotel was very clean, rooms were very comfortable with lovely bathroom, sky tv and mini bar. Breakfast had an excellent choice, staff were friendly and helpfull. The hotel was on a busy road next to an under pass but this was not a problem as we couldnt hear any noise from insside our room. The hotel was in a good location for visiting the tower with a bus stop across the road.We wound recomment this hotel and would stay there again. no |

Easy walking distance to leaning tower. Close to the airport. Good food in the restaurant. Our triple room was excellent- it had a separate room with single bed with partitian door. Good parking. |

Comfortable hotel within a short walking distance to the attractions. Recommendations they made for restaurants were excellent. Sitting outside at the back of the hotel for drinks was very noisy. |

Our room was excellent - three bed room with good size king-sized bed separated from the single bed by the built-in wardrobes. This gave it the feeling of being a suite! Reception staff could have been more helpful with regard to the airport transfer arrangements offered. Very unclear about times, frequency and booking system. |

Our room was ready promptly on arrival. The breakfast buffet is large and well-supplied. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the staff was very professional and attentive. Prices were reasonable. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the San Rossere train station, which can take you to Lucca. The tower is about a 10 minute walk. |

The staff were very helpful in suggesting events to see and with making travel arrangements round the region, restaurant reccommentdations etc Not really a dislike, but tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been useful. |

It is about a 15min walk to the Tower. Breakfast was okay. The location is right on a min road and underpass. Unless you are wanting to be awake very early in the morning suggest you go somewhere else. Bathroom very small.There is an internet point but you are charged for this facility unlike many of the other hotels we stayed in. |
