Excellent location. Perfect for visiting the Pisa Tower. The hotel is new and modern. The staff is very stiff and does not seem to care much though. |

We were in a room adjacent to the stairwell. General noise seemed to carry too easily. I would ask for a quieter room away from this area next time |

Very clean rooms, good breakfast, sky tv is excellent - hundreds of channels, kind staff. TV is very small and located too high, near the ceiling, insufficiently equipped rooms for 4 stars hotel category (no slippers, no brush for shoes, no gown, a single plastic glass in a double room, no bottle opener), the location is very far from commercial area and touristic sites and the breakfast to go was awful. |

I did not take my car, so I did not use parking. They still charged me for two nights because they said they had to pay commission to Booking.com |

Very clean and loved having 2 rooms. TV was a bonus and had English Speaking channels. Private parking was available and very nice addition. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was excellent. |

Fantastic hotel, plenty of parking round the back in a secure gated car park. It is a modern hotel with modern facilities, less of a Italian experience but great for comfort and modern amenities. My children loved the electric window blinds. Someone commented about the graffiti by the railway but we though that this was not a problem and quite interesting. The hotel is only a short walk from the leaning tower of pisa, about 10mins, so great location. Will definetly go back to this hotel if we are in this area again. Cooked breakfasts on the buffet here unlike most other smaller hotels. Staff really friendly and spoke English very well. Be careful in the car park. There are some short parking spaces with concrete hidden behind bushes. They are marked by the family car parking spaces. We bumped our front spoiler on our Golf. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. We thoroughly recommend it. |

Nice clean rooms, lovely breakfast and a 10-15 min walk from the main sites of Pisa. The front desk staff were pretty rude and unfriendly, the walls were paper thin so you could hear every word spoken in the room next door. |
