Grand Hotel Bonanno  

Breakfast was good. Rooms are sufficient and good for a family with children as they are two rooms separated by a door.

We had previously stayed at the hotel last year and were impressed. I particularly liked the family room set up. The staff were great and very helpful. The location was superb for our purposes and we would definitely use this hotel again, if we are in Pisa and recommend it to our friends.

Clean, easy to find, modern hotel, very calm room (looking back towards the parking). Air condition works very well and silently. Shower was good and the bed was very large and comfortable. Good value for money.

15 min walk to the tower. Not a very pleasant area to walk back at night though. Thin walls but no noise after midnight so slept well. Breakfast is open buffet, not so great, but acceptable compared to other Italian hotels I have seen.

Our family rated this hotel 7.5 out of 10. It was a nice room with a good bathroom and a good breakfast. It had a wall safe and an internet spot in the lobby. It is a 20 minute walk to the leaning tower, was quiet and very clean. Parking was ok but not great.

It is a little difficult to find with a gps as it's on top of a road underpass. The parking is very limited and filled quickly despite being low season.

Location, location, location! Only 10 minutes easy walk to tower of pisa. Large & clean rooms. Best breakfast eaten in europe! Extremely affordable.

There is a tunnel you have to cross to go to the Tower of Pisa, which is very dark in the night.

Breakfast was good. It is just about 15-20 minutes away from Piazza dei Miracoli.

I did not like the strong smell of perfume/air freshiner/linen freshner which was put in the room.

I did´nt like the situation there isn´t a livving room!! There isn´t enough light to read

The only positive thing about the hotel was that I did get a good discount when I complained....

Oh god where do I start....4 Star it was not...it was barely 2 star....the staff did not meet and greet very well...no one offered to help us with bags even though they could see we were struggling....the mini bar door fell off and hit my 2 year old daughter on the head...the bath tub was full of pubic hair...it felt and smelt musty and dirty(the room)....just and overall unpleasant experience and was sooo not what you said it was on your site... I wont be using your site again in hurry....and I will definitely never go near this hotel again.... The only positive(and it was the only reason we stayed the full 3 days)was the manager did give us a decent discount after I showed him the door mark on my child's head...but we spent as little time there as humanly possible....

The girl at the front desk was ever so helpful and made phone calls for us to our previous hotel where we had lost a valuable item. Lovely dinner in the restaurant but we were not aware that we could have had a bar meal. Secure parking an added bonus. Walking distance to the old town and the leaning tower.

Excellent staff. Were given a noisy room but in minutes this was changed to a much better one with no questions asked. Breakfast was good and the car park was also great.
