Large clean and well air conditioned rooms. Good breakfast. A 10 minute walk to the centre of old Pisa. Close to a railway station.

Dining area was not particularly attractive for evenings

Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially upon departure and at
breakfast and at the bar.

Next to an underpass which was a bit scary walking back to hotel in the
dark with two young girls. Sat tv not obvious easily to use. Most
stations in german , italian and french!

Breakfast was great, we looked forward to those and enjoyed them every day. Staff gave great tips about trips around the hotel. Shuttle service to town and train station was very convenient and made everything very easy. Views from the hotel were beautiful, rooms spacious and clean. Pool was nice on the days that we did not want to take a trip.

the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and cool in the heat. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. The hotel was a very short walk to the leaning tower. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was also very good. It was excellent value for money.

The location. The hotel is quite a walk from the city walls and it did not feel very safe to walk in the area at night. The staff was not helpful with the luggage nor were they very friendly upon check in.

The location. It was quiet, easy to walk into Pisa from and excellent to fidn from the airport in a car, with loads of parking. And the breakfast was lovely.

Its location.The reception staff were extremely helpful.The room was very comfortable and modern,however a bath would have made it more comfortable aswell as a shower.The balcony was an added bonus.
