Featuring free Wi-Fi, the NH Cavalieri is a modern building across from Pisa Train Station. The airport shuttles stop in front of the hotel, and the Leaning Tower is just a 20-minute walk away.

Standard hotel fare. Reasonably clean and comfortable
Staff seem to find the guests a bit of a nuisance. Location not great if you're walking into town - there's a dark and smelly underpass to negotiate.
The staff were very friendly and efficient and the food was of excellent quality. I had dinner here both nights of my stay. The breakfast buffet was good too. The shuttle bus was handy to get to the airport as well.
Room was pleasant and clean, with aircon, electric window shutters and minibar. Nice and quiet. Hotel bicycles available for hire for a very reasonable 5 euros per day. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. When the fusebox in our room broke on the last night, someone was instantly sent to repair it and, on being unable to, we were quickly given another (bigger) room at no extra charge.
One young female receptionist (unfortunately the first one we met on arrival) was not particularly friendly. Breakfast was included, but was pretty average quality. Hotel is in a strange location, right next to a busy underpass, but only 10-15min walk from the centre of town.
We thought the inside of this hotel was beautiful. Very grand as the name suggests.
We just thought that the cleanliness of both showers could have been of a higher standard.
Proximity to the tower, train station and airport was excellent
You can't make coffee in the room
Secure parking for our classic car
professional friendly staff, proper hotel, good food, good service, comfortable, close to the tower if you want to the piazza dei miracoli, you are also at Pisa s.rossore so you are on the Lucca line for a visit to that city
very late check in, was tired as i booked at the last minute because the previous accommodation was so bad. So would have liked to have checked in a bit earlier and had a rest.
Nice hotel, spacious rooms, breakfast good, location good for Tower, bit further away for shopping areas. Good for train stations. Helpful staff. Able to get extended stay as late flight.
Garden area pleasant but would need more sunbeds at busier times. Would not like to walk far in area at night ! Take a taxi!
Location to pisa tower, friendly and helpful staff.
Noisy a/c.. at least it worked Bathroom a disgrace, low water pressure. Walls are paper thin, beds rather hard. Hotel restaurant is very average, dont expect more than cobb&co
We arrived in Pisa penniless at the train station. The hotel picked us up and allowed us to use a credit card from our son in North Carolina. He advanced us money personally saw to it that we were comfortable. Without him we would have been penniless in Pisa. He also arranged for a car service to take us to Rome for our flight home.
Nothing the food was excellent.
Location good for Pisa town and tower Walking distance
Good size room
it was the hardest mattress we had ever experienced. We could not sleep at all as it was like sleeping on a plank.
The cool staff who were so friendly. Loved this hotel.
If you use communal computer you can't have a separate code for personal wi fi. But totally not a big deal. You are in Italy. So get off your laptop. :-)
The proximity to the leaning tower and Duomo. Helpful and pleasant staff Breakfast
Distance from City Centre.
Good location for Leaning Tower approx 10 mins walk. Good size room with comfortable bed.
Reception not very helpful with directions and transport. Asked about trains from Pisa San Rossore to Florence etc but told it only went to Lucca and to get bus to Pisa Centrale for trains. Suggestion: ask for short cut to San Rossore stn ( 2 mins walk) Its unmanned and only took cards when we were there but had trains to all stations. There is a Pam supermarket other side of station and its a short cut to the Leaning Tower.
Modern spacious comfortable hotel with good facilities.
Nothing to complain of.
Not much, not sure what else there is to offer in Pisa so can't comment on the value for money spent, but would certainly try elsewhere next time
Wifi was unpredictable, often losing the connection and having to sign on with lengthy password each time. Staff not friendly or welcoming - when asked questions they responded as if it was an imposition, firing off the answer so quickly it left us to our own resources to find out what we needed to know. Noisy all night long, train is too close. Not as close to the Tower as they indicate on the website
Good standard overall. Very helpful Barman and restaurant staff.
Bedroom we had was quite small. Restaurant fare is typical of a business hotel and does not provide typical local dishes as far as we could ascertain, which is a pity.
Professionally run, comfortable hotel, helpful staff, away from tourist hustle and bustle. Pleasant small garden attached to bar. Restaurant and bar meals fine with reasonable choice. Near regional rail station. Good for seeing Pisa tourist sites. Pre-booked shuttle bus met me at airport on time.
Couldn't book shuttle bus for return to airport, so reception phoned for taxi. Location not good for going out alone in evenings.
Good location. Clean.
Nearby restaurants were all closed for holiday. Found out about afternoon tea only by accident.
staff were very helpful and efficient, only 15mins walk to tower.plenty of choice for breakfast.
Sizo room and hotel location.
Cracked and broken toilet seat - was uncomfortable to sit on and felt unhygienic. Reception staff unconcerned - no apology when we reported it on checking out.
good location - close to the old town and Pisa Tower - within walking distance, free parking
no vegetables for breakfast, train rails close by
Possibility to hire bike, but again there were only three of them and two without locks so to get one was a pure luck. If you need to hire two - almost impossible. There were Wi-Fi of course and air conditioning but it was presumably 4-star hotel, nothing to admire. Position is generally good because it is not far from The leaning tower and Duomo but it is on a very busy road. If you have windows on a front it sure will be noisy - we had on a back and it was OK. You will not have a view anyway.
Stuff was mostly indifferent. One girl at the reception was extremely rude. And because she was our first point of contact it spoiled almost everything. A 4-star hotel should be more careful in receptionists choice. Do not remember her name but she was not Italian. The room was very small. The breakfast - limited buffet.
