Kanon bra service, vänliga och tillmötesgående. Gratis parkering och de visade gärna på en karta vad vi kunde se förutom det lutande tornet, samt hur vi tog oss till nästa ställe ;) Det enda vad att serveringspersonalen var så stressad att man lätt kunde bli stressad av dem. |

Rent och snyggt. Mycket tillmötesgående och effektiv personal. Blev erbjudna skjuts till stationen i deras egen minibuss när vi bad dem ringa efter taxi. Mycket fin frukost. |

Fantastic hotel, plenty of parking round the back in a secure gated car park. It is a modern hotel with modern facilities, less of a Italian experience but great for comfort and modern amenities. My children loved the electric window blinds. Someone commented about the graffiti by the railway but we though that this was not a problem and quite interesting. The hotel is only a short walk from the leaning tower of pisa, about 10mins, so great location. Will definetly go back to this hotel if we are in this area again. Cooked breakfasts on the buffet here unlike most other smaller hotels. Staff really friendly and spoke English very well. Be careful in the car park. There are some short parking spaces with concrete hidden behind bushes. They are marked by the family car parking spaces. We bumped our front spoiler on our Golf. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. We thoroughly recommend it. |

Nice clean rooms, lovely breakfast and a 10-15 min walk from the main sites of Pisa. The front desk staff were pretty rude and unfriendly, the walls were paper thin so you could hear every word spoken in the room next door. |

although not central ,the distance to the tower is fair enough. The shuttle to the station or airport announced by the hotel -you have to pay for i,it's not a courtesy one.The breakfast is poor for a 4 star. |

Hotel was good, Reception staff were very nice and dinner was also lovely. Rooms very clean, small but adequate. Hotel is a small distance from the leaning tower but in the heat its a fair distance. All in all a good hotel One member of staff in the bar practically refused to get us food for lunch, we had to eat at the airport instead, this was the only downside we encountered. |

Hotel was convenient for sightseeing, being only 10 minute walk to Field of Dreams, and free on sight parking was a bonus. Alos very easy to get to airport. |

It was close to the tourist areas that we wanted to visit - leaning tower, Duomo etc. If you are travelling by train and do not want to get a taxi from the main Station in Pisa get off at the station that is about 4 minutes from the central station as it is very close to the hotel and you will not have to wheel your bags for 30 mins |
