Location to Tower and restaurants is very good.

Very noisy with a club near by playing music until midnight

A little far away from city center

The staff was very friedly and ready to fulfill every demand. The hotel provided us with a small bus with a driver (with a cost of 10 Euro per trip) which was very convenient. The food was excellent and cheap, the service at the restaurant was also at high level.

WIFI password only can be used once.. You can't turn off wifi or lock device... otherwise you should get new username... Reception is kind of rude.. maybe she was unhappy in that time!

The waiters in the restaurant were excellent - very nice and polite.

The management chose to not activate any air-conditioning all for penny pinching and no regard for the comfort of guests - The outside temperature was hot and we roasted in the rooms, they could not be cooled down to a livable temperature and we got no sleep as a result. For this reason I would never recommend the hotel to anyone unless it is snowing outside. As far as the city - they only have the tower - no city restaurants, no sites other than naked streets with closed shops. Like a ghost town.

We arrived and the free wi-fi was only for two hours. After objection I was given a 24 hour account. Air-con was not working at all because of "change of season" between winter and summer. Had to open windows to cool down the room. Room was next to a railway track. Had almost no sleep as it was in use throughout the night.

Nice hotel, had all the expected elements a us traveler would expect. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was about a mile from the tower and in what is not too eye appealing area, but we had no problems getting to where we needed walking. They had free parking which was a big plus.

Nothing was close to the hotel, everything was a few blocks away. But a real nice hotel.

Rooms clean and in a good location

Rooms even though are clean and tidy they are well to small

The breakfast was good and the romm was clean.

The female reception staff were rude and non-approachable! The hotel was too hot and required the windows to be left open, this invited a huge amount of railway noise as trains passed through the station all night.

Nice clean hotell, very good breakfast included. Quite close to the leaning tower and the city.

Quite hard beds..

Excellent location, only 12 minuts walking to Pisa tower. Free parking, clear, excellent breackfast and so clean andconfortable rooms. I had a triple room and they gave me two connected rooms and they were amazing.

Family room was comfortable and good accessible. Parking is not complicated.

Room is overheated, not possible to regulate. Breakfast needs some quality improvement (water temperature, poached egg consistency, vegetables, etc.)
