It had a car park and was in walking distance to the main attractions. The underpass wasn't a problem at all. We stayed there to catch an early flight. I expected better food but we were comparing it to the excellent restaurants we visited in other parts of Italy. It was OK. |

Everything! Good connecting rooms. good sky TV. Excellent dinner at fantastic price- about half of that in Rome. Good price. Good friendly staff. good location for airport bus and the leaning tower. Only hotel with two connecting double rooms which could accomodate two children at the price of one room. |

The friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff - especially the reception staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The only criticism is the location of the hotel which is situated adjacent to a busy by-pass. |

The room was comfortable and clean. The station was close and although quite noisy it was quiet through the night which was good. The restuarant was also good we had a couple of very nice meals there the pasta with spiny lobster sauce was absolutely beautiful. |

Staff super friendly english speakers,top notch cleanliness,excellent breakfast buffet,massive bed,bright modern room,housekeeping nothing too much trouble,lovely experience.would recommend and return there. Room above restaurant so some noise at meal times .Hairdryer AWFUL.worst thing about stay.v annoying for 2 hair conscious females!. |

Comfort Staff need to be more welcoming and friendly. They were a bit off hand. For example I had booked this hotel because it had a shuffle service to the airport. When we asked about this the receptionist said they could order me a taxi! Fortunately, when we came to leave a different receptionist organized the airport shuffle coach driver to take us. |
