Location to public transport & centre of sorrento excellent. Pool area very nice but no bar or snacks after 2pm. No tea making facilities or anywhere to get tea or coffee after breakfast. |

The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpfull. The rooms were large with plenty of storage space. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples. Also for access to the town of sorrento we were only a 5 minute walk from the main piazza. I could not recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting sorrento. |

We liked the location of the hotel, which is close to the center of town and to the train station. Very clean, and very nice. Hotel staff is very friendly. Nice pool. Spacious rooms. |

Los jardines que tiene el hotel y su proximidad al centro històrico. Las habitaciones llevan tiempo sin hacerles ninguna reforma, hablo por la nuestra, pero el hotel es correcto. |

La camera matrimoniale comunicava con un'altra camera senza un minimo di privacy. L'orario della colazione era dalle 7.00 alle 9.00 ed è inconcepibile per un hotel 4 stelle. Il garage era già pieno quando siamo arrivati ma nelle indicazioni non è riportato che ha una capienza limitata. Il personale delle pulizie alle 8.00 pulisce le camere parlando tranquillamente nei corridoi. |

ottima posizione,pulizia,cortesia reception,garage la colazione è da migliorare,soprattutto caffè e cappuccino!!! (ma anche affettati,,quadratini di crostata da supermercato), magari eliminando qualche cameriere.....Scarso isolamento dei rumori interni.Forse più adatto a comitive |
