Excellent location in the centre of the City. Very impressive building of great character. Well furnished room. Generally helpful and pleasant staff - but see below. Grubby carpet in room. Concierge gave innaccurate information about bus services and quoted eye watering price of 376 euros for 24hr car hire. |

All the staff were efficient, helpful and friendly; not just the reception staff but everyone with whom we came into contact (including those who did not have good English). The room was comfortable; the decor very impressive. The hotel made guests feel special. Only one thing. Our room was just above the main street and the noise from the street continued loudly until the early hours of the morning. On two nights it continued until after 3am and prevented us from sleeping. Perhaps double glazing on the windows would help. |

Ανετο και καθαρο ξεν/χειο ,αρκετα πολυτελες σε αριστη θεση και καλη αναλογια τιμης ποιοτητας. Νομιζω οτι το πρωινο του ηταν πολυ φτωχο σε ποικιλια για την κατηγορια του ξεν/χειου και για την τιμη που πουλιοταν. |

立地が最高です。バスターミナルから近く、カンポ広場もすぐそこ。伝統を感じる建物は古いですが、とても清- 潔です。 ロケーションの良さの為、窓の外はメイン通りで賑やかです。５星なのにあの部屋の狭さには驚きました。料金- は高いと感じます。 |

Eigenlijk alleen het personeel. Eigenlijk over alles. Locatie is onmogelijk. Niet bereikbaar per auto. (tegen verkeer in moeten rijden om er te komen, dus elke dag mensen die hun middelvinger naar je opsteken!) Geen faciliteiten in het hotel zelf. Simpele badkamer, geen aparte douche, één wasbakje). Prijs/prestatieverhouding abominabel slecht. |

Prachtige ligging. Kamers waren nog niet klaar, terwijl dat al wel had gemoeten. Weinig interesse van het personeel. Kamers waren klein en lagen aan de voorkant, dus wel geluidsoverlast. Prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding; in vergelijking met ervaring van andere 5*-hotels was de kwaliteit minder. |

Ontzettend ervaren personeel en erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Doordat wij aan de voorkant sliepen, wat overigens een geweldig uitzicht gaf. Was het toch erg gehorig. |

Comme il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude le soir et pas du tout d'eau le matin, nous n'avons réglé que les petits dej et le parking. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas réservé une suite... Le manque d'eau |
