the hotel staff is kind and helpful,the location is good near town center and park the brekfest is poor and the swiming pool is small and dirty,the dizine is too old |

Well situated for the amenities of the town , but still a peaceful location. The decor and lighting was a bit dull and the bathroom needs an overhaul.Overall it was pleasant , but 4 star a bit exaggerated by most standards. |

The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The room was a good size. Easy access to main shopping area and park. Easy access to Pisa, Florence and other towns by train. Lovely swimming pool. Air conditioned rooms. Helpful staff. Enjoyable stay. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast |

Well situated,nice large extra comfort room. Spotlessly clean towels daily, sheets every other day Breakfast average, no fresh fruit. Minibar didn't work, Parts of the hotel were shabby. |

Excellent value for money. Staff friendly and spoke English. Lovely quiet rooms with mini bar, safe & Hair dryer in room. Ironing and other services available. Towels provided by the side of the swimming pool. Not really anything bad just part of their culture that guests were assumed to be resting and the pool was not available between 2-4.30 pm. Also large bathroom, with the usual complimentary soaps and shower gel, lovely hot shower but no bath! |

Everything was 'okay', and I don't complain since I got a good low season deal. However, I don't consider it really a four star hotel. The breakfast was again 'okay', but not at all the selection you'd expect. Little details were missing like a radioclock in the room. I just feel that if I had paid full price I'd feel cheated for getting what is not more than a decent three star. |

Ho apprezzato la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale, la posizione non centrale ma comunque comoda alla città e la vicinanza ad un bellissimo parco verde. La camera deluxe era davvero ampia, ma non c'era la jacuzzi come invece indicato nella prenotazione. Inoltre il pavimento del bagno presentava molte mattonelle rotte (seppur in sicurezza) ed in generale la stanza avrebbe bisogno di una seria ristrutturazione |

Abbiamo prenotato una tripla e la stanza era molto spaziosa. Purtroppo la pulizia lasciava piuttosto a desiderare,soprattutto nel bagno. La moquette aveva visto tempi migliori, era macchiata e mal tenuta. |

Camera spaziosa, bagno comodo, buon servizio in camera, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Hotel in centro. Parcheggio facile ed economico. La vasca idromassaggio era rotta e tutto l'hotel avrebbe bisono di una buona ristrutturazione. |

Cet hôtel répondait parfaitement à notre projet de visiter la Toscane en voiture à partir d'un point fixe. L'accès rapide au réseau autoroutier était essentiel pour nous. Enfin, pour les soirées, la situation et le confort de l'hôtel dans une ville très agréable sont à recommander. |
