The staff are friendly and most speak English. The hotel is clean and well presented. A very large swimming pool can be used during the summer period and has a large area to relax in. But overall a good hotel to stay at. Rooms are a bit dated and require a good make over. The internet is very slow in all areas of the hotel.

Swimming pool was excellent especially with children and the heat! Breakfast buffet was good with a wide choice of food. Room was very clean and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children (9yrs and 12yrs). Staff all spoke English which was a bonus as my Italian is very, very basic! Restaurant menu was limited and didn't seem value for money - no variety, so didn't use it.

Even though it's publically accessible, the swimmng pool was nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing more. Except for 2 people, the staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The room was nothing you would expect from a 4-star "grand" hotel. I've seen better rooms in agriturismo without stars... The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the paint was missing on out terrace, the shower was moldy and in desparate need of a make-over. I'm assuming there are better rooms in this hotel to give to guests while renovating this one. If not, strip off a few stars and call it a youth hostel.

La struttura e' molto confortevole, anche il servizio e' buono.L'esterno e' molto bello gli spazi sono bene attrezzati. Per un 4 stelle la stanza non era cosi bella, anche il bagno lasciava a desiderare.La colazione se arrivi non prestissimo non trovi nulla .Per un 4 stelle bisognerebbe avere qualche un servizio in piu' , il tosta pane.

personale gentile e cortese, grande albergo che sicuramente andra' a regime nel periodo estivo visto le piscine e l'area verde. camere non da 4 stelle forse un 2 stelle . colazione discreta. per un soggiorno senza pretese va bene. avrebbe bisogno di mantenzione.

Il personale è cordiale e simpatico. Un grazie particolare alla assistente di sala che ci ha regalato sorrisi per l'intero weekend alleviando la tristezza di un soggiorno in cui eravamo gli unici in tutta la struttura. Il cuoco merita i nostri complimenti per le prelibatezze create. Colazione internazionale. Wifi soddisfacente. Giardini molto ben curati nonostante la stagione. Camere obsolete, moquette da manutenere, bagno molto datato, sala da pranzo amorfa e senza luce naturale, sala bar e pavimentazione datata. Sui letti mi sarei aspettato un piumino e non coperte/doppiocoperta/copriletti.

Struttura molto bella Dopo due notti senza riscaldamento e acqua calda, nonostante tramite booking ho pagato per tre notti, la terza ho cambiato hotel, colazione buona il primo giorno, il giorno successivo ci hanno dato solo tre cornetti (uno x ognuno) e un succo di frutta oltre al cappuccino.......vergognoso....trattamento indecoroso per un hotel quattro stelle

Рядом находиться город Кастельяно, красивый, похож на Мальту. Это единственный плюс отеля. Очень серые номера, прокуренные. Места мало. Отвратный душ, влезать боком если только ( не толстые мы , размер 46-48). Вода по утрам холодная была. Никому не советую.

Stanza ampia e comoda. Ambienti pulitissimi. Molto gustosa la cucina e buono il servizio. Abbiamo poco apprezzato la presenza della moquette in ogni ambiente. L'impianto di condizionamento nella stanza era rumoroso.
