Unfriendly, no-English speaking staff. They said hotel has free internet connection but when I asked for it they said it works only wired and they have only 3 wires which were unavailable. Shower cabin was wrecked. Also the air-conditioning did't work - the remote control was broken. Old furniture, the access to the room was through an exterior stepped hallway and we had to break our backs carrying the luggage. Poor breakfast.

The staff are friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, but a bit out dated. The swimming pool is excellent. The breakfast was very poor, very limited food on offer. The hotel seems to have been taken over by the Royal Air Force at the moment, fighting Libya. They get better service then the other guests. I was on a business trip, which is why I booked hotel. I do not intend to stay here again until the Royal Air Force have moved out.

Il Grand Hotel d'Aragona ci ha accolto con uno staff gentile e cortese. La camera si presenta comoda, pulita e silenziosa, sia nella zona notte che nei servizi igienici. La colazione è stata abbondante e ricca di prodotti di qualità . e' una struttura che consiglio a tutti.

La gentilezza dello staff; la squisita colazione consumata in una sala molto elegante con affaccio su una piscina olimpionica, sicuramente invitante nei mesi estivi; l'estrema vicinanza con il delizioso centro storico; la facile raggiungibilità di molti centri di interesse turistico.

Mi reco in questo hotel ormai da due anni; stavolta ho approfittato di un'offerta di booking, ma anche a prezzo pieno non esiste albergo migliore nei paraggi, sia per le camere sia per la posizione, la competenza dello staff e la gentilezza, per non parlare dell'ottima colazione (di cui stavolta non ho usufruito causa eccessive quantità di cibo assunte durante le vacanze) ma che in generale vale la pena gustarsi per allietarsi del tutto la giornata vista la ricchezza della proposta e la qualità degli alimenti stessi. Il mio giudizio è assolutamente positivo, dalla prima volta in cui ci sono stato!

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccelente camera spaziosa con balcone e box doccia un pò piccolo,ottimo comfort, parcheggio e internet gratuito,perfetto per chi cerca relax anche se devo riconoscere che nella mia prenotazione l'hotel era completamente vuoto di clienti.

Gentilezza, cortesia e professionalità dello staff. I servizi e confort legati alla ospitalità sono ottimi anche oltre la media. Vengono messi a disposizione anche gli accappatoi che in molte strutture di pari livello ormai sono solo una chimera... L'unico aspetto negativo, ma il termine è anche troppo grosso, è che la struttura comuncia a sentire il peso degli anni, ma con un pò di attenzione in più per la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria non sarebbe nessun problema...

La struttura è inserita in un bel parco con piscina, particolarmente suggestiva nella bella stagione. Gli arredi andrebbero un pò ammodernati. Abbiamo avuto una camera molto grande e pulita. La strada da percorrere per arrivare al centro del paese non è particolarmente piacevole. Meglio spostarsi con l'auto.

Hotel war in der Winterzeit nur mäßig besucht, trotzdem ein Zimmer mit "Hinterhofblick" bekommen. Einrichtung sehr alt und teilweise abgenutzt und heruntergekommen.
