Everything... Location... Service... Bit pricey, but worth of it... By the way, I have been to Rome many, many times, though first time in de la Minerve... Will choose this Hotel again... An asset was free WI FI... Excellent restaurant on the roof... Nothing that I can remember

The hotel has an excellent lobby area, very friendly service, all day. Breakfast was splendid. Check-in staff were helpful and friendly and we were made to feel welcome. We had a lovely bedroom. The water (our room was 116) tended to be on the cold side and took a very long time to become warm - never really hot. The temperature in the room was at times chilly and the thermostat wasn't much good

Location is perfect at center of Rome. Staff are helpful and freindly. hotel building from 16th century that gives historical feeling. breakfast time is very suitable starting from 6:30AM. I love the hotel and area as been there many times during this year.

Great location for all tourist sights, easy access by foot. Restaurant is very good. Rooms are very clean and comfortable but would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The location is great, right near the pantheon and other sites. staff are very friendly and room was clean and tidy. It is listed as 5 star, in my opinion 4 stars would be more suited. Very expensive for what it is. The duluxe sweet is nice and tidy but dated and quite small. Similar in size to a travelodge hotel room in London. Also drinks and food expensive. 19euro cocktails, 11 euro for not even a pint of beer and a side salad nearly 25euros!!

Location, location, location. Could walk to most major attractions. My friend and I were given a room on the sixth floor right under the roof garden restaurant. The noise filtered down to our room until 3:00 a.m. and we spent a sleepless night. The restaurant closes at 1:00 a.m. but staff spent next two hours cleaning up. Upon complaint to the front desk the next morning, our room was changed to the fourth floor with a quiet room. I also thought the hotel was showing its age and wasn't worth the five star rating it was given.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is safe. Not a true 5 star hotel. Way over priced for what it is. We were first given a room that even the bellman said was not good. With a bit of pleading, they gave us a better room. Most 5 star hotels change money at the going rate. This hotel is far more expensive at changing than even the thieves on the street.

We have been 6 times earlier in this hotel. The hotel serves the best in the hearth of Rome. Many good restaurants situate in walking distance. I am onest, next in Roma we take the same hotel. The price and quality is in good balance.

The location is excellent and we had our room in 6th floor overlooking the Pantheon and the monument of elefant with obelisc from Bernini. The Hotel is in the City Center at Piazza Minerva beside the Basilica Sopra Minerva near Piazza Navonna in a peatonal zone and a few minutes from the Fontana di Trevi and shopping in Via del Corso and Via Conditori. Our room (Classical Room) also the bath was too small and the breakfast (35€/u) is not included in the price of the room.
