Location and size of rooms / Staff very helpful
Location was excellent.
No coffee available for room. Room was stuffy at night even with window open. Pillows very hard.
Smelly bathroom, used beds and unfriendly staff aso...It's a tourist trap. Definitely a place you should never book!!
the elegance the high class
Location, helpful staff, upgrade when I asked for a quiet room
Room decor is seriously dated, skirting coming off, heating cannot be regulated so it's off or on, the bathroom drain smells. Overall the room and bathroom need an urgent refurbishment. It's a 3 star hotel at a 5 star location
Best location ever, just 100m to Pantheon, center of the city, best plase to walk around Rome. If you plan just to stay overnight and spend all day in the city center visiting monuments its ok.
Staff is mostly not English-speaking, only reception knows this language well. Interior is like in an old building, rooms are okay but its not a 5* standard, max 4*. Corridors, elevator its 3-4*. Only lobby is quite nice. Breakfast is quite poor. 3-4*. Roof garden where is the breakfast is not as on the official photo 3-4*.
Fantastic location, very friendly staff, beautiful decor
Price for breakfast - 35 EUR - is completely unreasonable
Service and location
Location, free upgrade
Bathroom needs more renovation
The location is perfect for walking to most of the main attractions in Rome.
No aircon operating at the time of the visit
At least one bottle of complimentary drinking watery
Rooms given to Booking.com seem inferior -my 3/4 stay --expected better room
air conditioner did not work well at all, most of the time the room was extremely hot and humid and at night it was very hard to sleep. I loved the hotel but I would not stay there again if they do not fix the air condtioner problem in the rooms.
Beside pantheon and lots of restaurants bars and ice cream shops
The quality of the hotel is exellent and the personal helps with all the problems
It is necessary to pay for the wifi
Sr Marco had humor. Circumstances at Consierge desk caused me to attend Barbieri do Sevilla and It was fantastic. Circumstances of location caused me to meet new friends in Piazza in front. Location caused me to walk easily to some of my sight seeing list. Happy near Pantheon- always good visits nearby.
Room decoration works but is not inspirational. Breakfast croissant dry-not great. Remember one year, grand Hotel, Central Siena had croissant which was a joy.
The bath room floor could have been washed at least once in the 5 days that we were there
Nothing in particular
Price a little high
Wonderful views from rooftop terrace Excellent reception staff Comfortable bed
No turn down at night, so soggy towels in morning if showered previous night Very pricey drinks on terrace No inside bar
Stratagically located with very attentive and helpful hotel staff.
Nothing in particular.
Room's window so enclosed to the other building
Great location and service. You can walk to most attractions easily and there are nice restaurants if you look in the lovely lanes away from tourist parts. Lovely roof top bar with amazing views. The rooms were seen twice a day by the maid and this was a nice touch. Good WiFi.
For a five star hotel I would expect some things to be complimentary as part of the service. There was no kettle - not even a bottle of water for customers. It wad the middle of the summer and not once did we have a bottle of water left in our room and this is something that other 5 star hotels in Rome gave done. Some of the decor could do with a slight touch up. However, it was a nice place to stay and we really liked the staff.
Location and doorman very helpful and friendly
Bathroom, reception service, bar service
Great location, great staff.
Very pricey- especially for breakfast.
