Very polite ersonell in the lobby and concierge The icebox was not de-iced, it was not able to get out the bottles of champagne/prosecco....Hotwater deliverance is not very good. |

Location,Location,Location. Absolutely great, you can access most of the historical places in Roma by max 20 min walk from the hotel. There is absolutely no need for Taxis. Its also close to the station for sightseeing buses. |

Top Location, good breakfast Hotel very dirty, breakfast good, but room overcrowded and no Chef du Rang, in general unfriendly staff, bath-towels with wholes, though I asked for Executive room, room little and old, maybe furnishing not too old, like TV and bed-heads. Value for money in no relation, |

Excellent, attentive staff. Beautifully decorated. Larger than expected room. Hoel restaurant surprisingly good. Nice piano bar and rooftop bar entertainment. Superior location. |

The staff did everything to make it a wonderful stay. The hotel as in a perfect location to see Rome. The hotel was especially beautiful the restaurant on the roof with panoramic view of the city. |

Central position for seeing the main sites as all are in walking distance The staff on reception were poor and on check out there was only 1 person available with the result that this resulted in a long queue. The reception staff were also off hand and unfriendly |

Location was great. Room was extreamly small but clean. Staff never smiles, never "looked us in the eye", did not "welcome you..", Or asked how we liked our stay upon checkout. All services were available however there was no personalized services. For example, upon arriving back at the hotel at 1:30 in the morning after a dinner with a cousin, I realized I had left my camera at their house. I was checking out the next day early and was unable to get them on the phone, and asked the hotel clerk if I could send off a quick email explaining the situation and how my cousin could return the camera. Although there was no activity at the hotel at that hour, the clerk said that would be impossible and that I could rent the internet for an hour minimum...I Thought that was unreasonable. |

Location, location, location. The Piazza is beautiful and the views from the terrace a plus. As for the facilities, I was very happy with the size of the bedroom and bathroom, and the elegant decoration of the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning is not up to standards for a 5 star hotel, I was very hot in the room. Also, the hallways need some renovation work. Also, the curtain of our bathroom fell when I simply handled it to look outside. |

The perfect location for all the sights The bedroom on the first night which was the size of a cupboard with a very small bed; managed to change for a much better one for the other 2 nights at the same price |

Very good location and nice staff. Good confortable rooms and suites. The room service rates were a bit too steep, but that is not uncommon for Rome. |

De ligging van het hotel is ideaal; alles is makkelijk te voet bereikbaar Het personeel van het hotel is niet uitermate vriendelijk. De kamers zijn niet echt wat ik gewoon ben van een 5-sterren hotel. De kamers hebben geen denderend uitzicht.Het dinner-buffet is zwaar overprijsd en niet echt de naam buffet waardig (bijna geen keuzes). Ook het ontbijt is niet wat je verwacht van een 5-stereen hotel: geen mogelijkheid van verse eieren enz. Enkel voorafbereid roerei was beschikbaar en had een groene schijn. |

Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd, de concierge is erg behulpzaam. De bedompte lucht in de slaapkamer en gangen ernaar toe, constant ramen open gezet. |
