The location of the hotel was perfect, central of Scalea and overlooking the beach with great views. The staff were friendly and eager to help you even though most didnt speak english. Overall a very enjoyable experience and i intend to stay there again in October. Only two members of staff spoke english and they need to vary the breakfast selection on a daily basis |

Quiet location, attractive setting, calm atmosphere, apparent high standards throughout, good views I checked out straightaway because the only room they could offer faced inwards and was at ground level. They were very nice and said there would be no canx charges. I am sure I would have been very happy if I could have had a better room. The lady on reception who handled the problem was superb. |

la vicinanza al mare ed il panorama la moquette che aveva un cattivissimo odore nei corridoi, un pò di trascuratezza negli arredi e la mancanza di una finestra nel bagno della camera che era pieno di muffa in soffitto. |

Tutto il personale, compresi i ragazzi dell'animazione, molto cordiali e disponibili. Ottima la cucina e la posizione direttamente sul mare. Mi è piaciuta anche la piscina. A volte, non si sa perché non funzionava Rai 1 ne Sky e non sono riuscito a vedere un evento sportivo. |

Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al mare, il panorama e la posizione dell'hotel (vicino al mare e al centro città). La regolazione del clima in quanto i condizionatori sono regolati a temperatura troppo bassa provocando umidità all'interno delle camere (almeno per la stanza che ci è stata assegnata). |

ho apprezzato solo la comodita di stare vicinissimo al mare trppo caro sia il soggiorno che il ristorante la camera mi e costata esattamente il doppio e stato un mio errore non conteggiare i bambini nella prenotazzione di 9 e 5 anni ma si poteva risolvere con un piccolo supplemento invece mi e costato 150€in piu |

Ottima posizione. Buona l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale. Molto bella la piscina, curati gli spazi esterni. Camere spaziose e ben arredate. Non funzionava l'aria condizionata (riferito un guasto al sistema centralizzato). Mancanza di Tv satellitare. Prima colazione sufficiente ( ci aspettavamo maggiore scelta) |

La piscine est agréable, de meme que l'endroit où l'on prend le petit déjeuner, dans un petit jardin avec vue sur la mer. Le personnel est disponible et gentil. Un accès à la plage, mais c'est juste l'emplacement où il y a des rochers et l'on ne peut pas nager. La chambre est fort peu agréable : pas de vue, un mur en face de la fenetre donne l'impression d'étouffer, d'autant que la climatisation fonctionnait à peine et que le mini-bar ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de moyen de se rafraichir, donc, ni de rafraichir un fruit ou ses propres boissons. Le comble de tout : il est stipulé clairement que l'usage personnel de ce frigo qui ne fonctionne pas est payante, ce qui est totalement anticommercial. |

hotel bien situé pour un séjour balnéaire chambre spacieuse et agréable absence de climatisation très désagréable en période de canicule !!! et ceci sans excuse de la part de la direction qui facture 2.5€ pour l'utilisation du frigo de la chambre pour refroidir nos bouteilles d'eau |

insetti nascosti nelle lenzuola, sono state tre notti d'inferno nonostante la ns protesta alla reception, addebitati sul conto della camera consumazioni dal frigo bar inesistenti, per la colazione poca scelta visto le 4 stelle dell'albergo ed ho notato per i tre giorni di soggiorno sempre lo stesso dolce. |
