la struttura in generale ,la pulizia ,l'accoglienza ,la sensazione di relax ,e di benessere non poter usufruire ,della piscina in bassa stagione .poche indicazioni stradali per raggiungere il centro benessere.

Ottima cucina anche se a buffet Servizio ristorante troppo caro conviene mangiare fuori tv in camera troppo piccolo sarà stato un 15 pollici per vedere ti dovevi mettere davanti teli del bagno consumati quasi strappati stanze piccole box doccia stretto per bambini servizio centro massaggi carente una sola persona per occuparsi di tante persone quindi tempi di attesa lunghi sauna non funzionante la temperatura era ambiente e la persona che si occupava dei clienti non sapeva come alzare la temperatura

nice structure, ideal for themal activities breakfast and restaurant quality should improuve, a very slow checkout due to some price misunderstanding (the staff was slow but succesfully fixed at last).

la presenza di gruppi molto numerosi ha reso stressante il soggiorno in un periodo che avrebbe dovuto essere tranquillo, e comunque il servizio ristorante ne ha risentito peggiorando ulteriormente la qualità dei pasti.

Cortesia ed efficenza dello staff, igiene dell'ambiente, tranquillità, comfort che si riconfermano in ogni mio soggiorno presso la elegante struttura che offre, oltre alle camere confortevoli, anche un validissimo centro benessere.

La semplicita' ed il rispetto del silenzio e della privacy, nonche' la proffessionalita' del personale, la pulizia. L'entrata dell'hotel principale e' un po scomoda (e per alcuni aspetti per I disabili, altra entrata ottima), nel complesso giudizio positivo

Excellent room with superb views into the bay. Nice Gardens Pool was not clean. Lunches were expensive. Bar closed too early at 10pm. Very little local restaurants to walk to outside the hotel. No taxi service.
