It is a great place. Beautiful setting on Lago Maggiorie with great views. Attentive staff and great service. The bed was harder than I prefer. Some sort of "pillow top" to soften up the surface would be great. |

The hotel is in a brilliant location. Pools are good and lots of sun loungers to use. Lovely terrace for drinks with a view and the poolside bar meals were excellent. Service was on the whole good. Lovely hotel for a few days stopover and to visit around the lake. I would return but not eat in the restaurant at night. Restaurant - food was expensive and not great. Waiters all very stuffy and unsmiling. We informed the head waiter of my husbands egg allergy but he was very unconcerned when he was actually served potato made with egg which could have been deadly. No apology from the restaurant staff - totally unconcerned. |

This hotel was by far the most enjoying place we stayed in during our 10 days vacation in Italy. It is located in a small town on the Lake strategically to access all the region atractions. comfort, worm and eactly as we would expect especially when travelling with kids |

The views are spectacular and the hotel has a very relaxed air about it, whilst still giving the feel of luxury. The beds were fairly hard as were the pillows - I know this sounds minor but it was iritating and detracted a little from the overall excellence |

Very beautiful hotel. It has 3 swimming pools (outside, inside and for kids), Internet is very expencive (10 euro per hour). |

The hotel is well maintained, looks pretty, people are aware on your needs, the swimming pools were enjoyed by our children. The breakfast is expensive for a family but the choice is large and the quality is present. |

The hotel is perfectly situated at a reasonable price. Even though we had a room on the back side (but I expected this as we reserved a standard room) when you are at the pool or walk through the hotel the view is great. I prefer more cosy dining rooms than these huge halls, but it reflects well the the good 'old' Grand Hotels. |

This hotel is the nicest hotel I stayed in. The room was so big, at least 60 sqm for a standard double room. The pools are nice and I loved the art gallery connecting the hotel with the splendid hotel. |

Excellent location overlooking Lake Magiore, the barman Max was brilliant offerring new drinks to try, and his recomendations for dinner were excellent. No Free WiFi |

The swimming pools spa etc. The rooms, mine was little cause I picked a special offer, but still very comfortable and luxurious. Then beds and pillows are the best I've ever tried. I think that such a high-up hotel should charge for the parking like it does, it's only 8 euros a night, true, but I think it should be included. Also, I don't see reason for charging the wi-fi. At least there should be a free charge area. |

The food and drinks were excellent. Staff at reception were very friendly and the maid service was good. On the first night we only had 1 hard pillow each. I really do not like this when hotels restrict you to 1 pillow. It is annoying after a long journey to have to ring down and order an extra pillow. Also some of the young waiters at breakfast in a morning could have been a bit happier and more attentive to service. |

The Hotel room is very nice though a bit small for American standard. But I guess for european standard,the room will be considered fair size. Room is very clean. We got a balcony overlooking the Lake so its a nice view. The hotel has a very good location and right to the beach. Spa is good. Walls are kind of thin so you can hear the guests on the adjacent room. |

Very clean spacious rooms Can be noisy, The fact that one has to pay 12 euros to visit the gym or sauna that is 12 euros per visit is mean spirited and tight fisted especially when one pays a lot to stay in this hotel anyway and spoilt an otherwise fine visit. |

Lake view is fantastic, no road between hotel and the lake, private beach, great bar with terrace, boat stop 50m from the gate, very big, warm and elegant indoor swimming pool, all staff (especially at the reception and in the bar) is very friendly and helpful, nice live music on Saturday Mountain view rooms could be noisy if the window is open |
