Allting kostar extra, internet, frukost och parkering. Frukosten är dyr men man kan äta utanför hotellet till mindre än halva priset.

Wonderful location of the hotel, on the lake and close to the boat launch. Excellent hotel facilities and staff.

The city of Baveno is lacking pedestrian-only areas which made village sightseeing difficult with young children

Excellent position = on Lake Maggiore, small beach, pontoon, facilities for children - play area, swimming pool, convenient to ferry. One reception staff (lady , evening shift) - so helpful, excellent recommendations of local eateries.

I didn't like that I thought I had paid through booking.com as I had with all my other hotels only to find it was only the reservation that had been done so I got a 1000 euro shock at the end of the 3 night stay!!!

Great facilities, luxurious public areas, fantastic swimming pools, well appointed bedroom with excellent air conditioning. Bar staff gave very good table service.

Paying for carparking is a personal dislike but we have been before and will go back again, when the price is right.

Grand Hotel Dino was one of the best hotel experiences i had in Italy. The location is excellent if you want to do sightseeing (the boat stop is literraly 2 steps from the hotel gate) and or just relax by the pool or in the spa area. A lot of green, quiet and amazing biews. As i had my birthday during my stay, i was offered a nice room upgrade and a little box with goodies :) The staff is also very professional and helpful. All in all, i had an excellent stay and a wonderful birthday weekend! Thank you Hotel Dino!

Very relaxing in outstandingly beautiful surroundings, luxurious without being uncomfortably formal. This was our 3rd visit and will go again.

Very good accommodation: very big room, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful swimming pools (one of them warm). Asked for a late check out: ok but with a charge of about 60% of the room price.

The breakfast is very expensive and the on-site restaurant are expensive as well.

I thought it was a great resort , has everything you need or could want for a nice getaway. The parking on site is great , great location. I brought my dog , no problems there .

Great location, very attractive interior, good facilities including spa, swimming pool and sunbathing area, proximity to lake and town. We got a very good deal by booking on-line via booking.com and it was great value for money.

Expensive but very poor internet. Can't use it for mail and surfing.

Nice pool area. Fabulous view at breakfast. Parking in hotel's garage. Very friendy service at front desk. Good value for money.

The location was very lovely. The bar and lounging area was enjoyable. Also liked the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tub.

It would have been nice to have coffee in the room and breakfast included in the price.

No free wifi. Huge charge for fitness room. That would be a deal breaker for me next time.

The style too conventional and a bit kitsch. The spa is really below expectations:just a small sauna that needs a refurbishment

Lake view and enviroment

Avoid mountain view room.It's parking view. Typical hotel for group tours, weddings and conferens

The location is great. Breakfasts with lake view are excelent! We also needed a playground and the swimming pool, so this hotel met our expectations.

Room is not very big and not new.

We booked "superior" room with mountain view. However, the room was very small and facing the village center. When we complained about air conditioning which was not working, hotel staff told us that aircon will be on from mid-May only. Since our room was very hot and there was no ventilation, the staff advised us to leave balcony door open day and night. This we did but it was very uncomfortable as our room was facing the village center with heavy traffic noise in the mornings and a couple of very noisy bars, especially on Fri night.

I like good view and good servies.

I would like to get free internet, they are charge me.

Le calme et la situation. Le confort des chambres et l'excellent petit-déjeuner qui a coûte 16 euros et non 25 !
