The view was lovely Parking is inconvenient -- up the hillside. Food choices were too limited -- one restaurant and dinner was only a 5 course meal at a prix fixe -- if you are not ravenous, you would have to overpay, or find another restaurant (which we did). Personnel was inflexible. Also did not like tour buses. |

Elba is a beautiful island and the hotel has some great views. There is no real beach but the seaside deck is good, the bay very attractive and sun beds were always available even in a peak week. The pools were good and quiet. Contrary to the advertisement there is only one restaurant open in the evening. This restaurant is more of a dining hall and the menu is set and therefore expensive for a faimly if not included. Beach cafe is only open at lunchtime even in peak period. There is a fantastic roof deck but there is no bar open there (think conference venue with no conference on). Rooms are standard rather than luxurious. The one tennis court was booked every evening by one family up to 8pm and charge was 20 euros an hour after that which is a pity. Fitness centre is extremely basic. You really do need a car if you want to eat out and see the local towns. Major comment is very expensive for what it is. |

The Staff where extremely friendly and gave great recommendations on places to eat and visit. The private beach/decking is great with a good beach side restaurant. A really nice place to relax and unwind. |

The hotel was good - it doesn't have a great deal of individual character but we had a junior suite with an absolutely stunning view over the water. The room was huge, extremely clean and perfectly comfortable, service was efficient and friendly and the hotel beach and swimming platform was lovely. The meal times are quite early, so although we paid for half-board we didn't eat dinner at the hotel. I think this hotel is great for a couple who are looking for a lovely quiet escape, or for a family... in our case we would have liked a little more choice in terms of nearby restaurants and bars. Highly recommend having your own transport if you stay here. |

Couldn't really tell if Americans were generally welcome here, but had a wonderful time nonetheless. I knew nothing about the island of Elba, but my girlfriend and I were visiting Italy for the first time and wanting a break from the city and discovered Elba during our research. Overall, the experience of being there was pretty majestic. I liked the private beach access, the pool, cleanliness, and the views around it. We would return, if welcome. The receptionist at the front desk was not all that welcoming. |

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Die beiden Pools sind sehr schön. Der hoteleigene Strand ist mehr ein Steg als ein Strand. |

Понравилось: вид из окна, то, что можно арендовать катер или машину через администратора и не надо никуда ехать, хороший ресторан, частный пляж Менять пляжные полотенца не за плату, меню в ресторане на русском языке |

Ottimo il personale e di buon livello la colazione. Barabarca! Con un piccolo investimento si potrebbero sostituire in bagno le tendine in plastica della vasca con uno schermo in cristallo/plexiglass |

Der Strand, der zum Hotel gehört ist nicht schön. Wenn man ein Hotel mit Strand wünscht, sollte man ein anderes Hotel wählen. Und für ein Hotel ohne Strand ist es ganz schön teuer. Alles ist auch schon etwas abgelebt. |

Camera accogliente e funzionale; discreta colazione a buffet; splendide le due piscine di acqua salata; comodo l'ascensore per scendere al mare. Nelle immediate vicinanze i due caratteristici paesi di Porto Azzurro e Capoliveri offrono ampia scelta di ristoranti e la possibilità di piacevoli passeggiate. L'hotel è totalmente isolato ed è quindi indispensabile l'auto per qualunque spostamento (per raggiungere le spiagge, per una uscita serale, ecc) |

la spiaggia..e l'ascensore che porta alla spiaggia sono molto belli!il parcheggio è gratuito. la colazione è molto abbondante. anche se avevamo una camera standar e non una suite avevamo ascigamani da mare e frigobar compreso con 2 bottiglie di acqua e 2 succhi di frutta.nel complesso proprio un bell'hotel e in un'ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro di capoliveri e di porto azzurro. |

Taille de la chambre et de la salle de bains. Magnifique vue sur la mer (avec en prime lever de soleil !) pour cette suite junior. Boissons de bienvenue dans le mini-bar. Infrastructures de la plage : nombreux transats, pontons en bois, ascenseur pour accéder à la plage... Vu le prix élévé de la chambre (350 euros par nuit pour le logement et le petit déjeuner), j'ai trouvé anormal de devoir payer trois euros pour le changement des serviettes de plage ! |

La veduta mozzafiato sull'isola e la piscina. Spiaggia artificiale (tavole di legno), staff poco cordiale, camere piccole e veramente fredde e impersonali (avevo la junor suite!). La colazione come la cena è di basso livello (brioche e caffè pessimi, tonno alla griglia disgustoso). Struttura vecchia e pulizia discutibile (ho avuto acqua marrone in bagno 2 volte in 4 giorni) |
