The location is excellent, the hotel faces Via Montenapoleone and is close by to La Scala and the Duomo. Staff was very helpful and very professional: Their Don Carlos restaurant is top notch and had a beautiful dinner with my local friends. I was upgraded to a deluxe category, rooms was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Will definitely return and reccommend to my collegues. Did not use this time but noticed that their night room service menu is limited. |

Tiene glamour. Esta muy centrico. Ubicacion inmejorable. Es leading, o sea lo maximo. Personal muy atento y amable. El precio es excesivo. Vale igual que el ritz de londres. Y es muy inferior. Deben bajar el precio. Y mejorar el servicio de internet e impresora que ofrecen al huesped. No es de recibo que un gran hotel tenga un ordenador antiguo, en un lugar que es un cuchitril. |

Todo me encanto. El personal es de gran profesionalidad y amabilisimo. Especialmente las chicas de recepcion. Esta en el mejor sitio de milan. Es belle epoque. Tiene todo el glamour. Y trato especial al club leader. Perfecto. Todo me gusto. Si acaso bajar un poquito el precio. O hacer ofertas de 2 noches. |
