Excellent service, very central & good location, on a beautiful residence (sundeck, swimming pool and nice sunset drinks area) with stunning views of the sunset. Beautiful breakfast location with wonderful views too. Best views are from Suites and presidential suite. Never knew we had to book a hotel parking for your car before arrival. Breakfast rather simple and the fruit juice is not of good quality. Room Service closes at around 22h so don't expect any drinks delivered to your room afterwards. All balconies are very small - just large enough to sit on. |

Views over the sea stunning, staff very friendly, convenient for local shops, restaurants, bars etc. Fabulous place to "get away from it all" and a super central location. Access to pool certainly "different" - some repair work currently going on to access stairwells. |

We had a fantastic time, beautiful views and very relaxing. Ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento. Very unusual not to have shower curtains!! Soaked the whole bathroom every time used. No problem though as we had fresh towels twice aday. |

The view of the sunset and the location, Very dated rooms, although location, lobby, outside seating is 4 stars the rooms are absolutly not. Pool is hard to get to. |

They gave us a free upgrade to a suite...an amazing suite. The pool was incredible. The staff was incredibly nice and the prices were really reasonable. We had two glasses of wine on the terrace overlooking the sea for 7 euro total. Nice to go to a classy place that doesn't nickel and dime you to death. Close to everything without having to hear it at night. |

This hotel is amazing, beautiful appointed rooms with breathtaking views, one of the nicest we have ever stayed in.Staff were so friendly and helpful, Food excellent, Enjoyed every minute of our stay, Highly recommended. |

Excellent views, building itself is quite nice and beautifully decorated, located in a quite place very close (5 minutes walk) to Sorrento's city center, rooms are larger that one could expect from a hotel in Italy Rooms need some refurbishment, hotel lacks parking space (car parking is located near the entrance and that spoils the magnificent views) |

I had booked the hotel online and didn't really know what to expect. The staff was outstanding in every way. They greeted us warmly and made us feel as if we had just come home. They offered to help make arrangements for tours and gave great recommendations for restaurants. If we needed anything they were there to assist us. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. |

I loved the Grand Hotel Europa Palace. We had a room overlooking the bay of Naples and magnificent views. The room was clean, extremely well furnished and beds comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The only negative was the fact that they didn't use fresh milk at breakfast and so the tea and coffee tasted a bit peculiar - apart from that breakfast was great. |

The Location. It was so central. No need for any taxis or buses during the stay. Also they had a nice pool and small beach area for guests. The breakfast was not good. Very poor choice and the fruit was tinned, you would imagine fresh fruit should be available. Also staff could be a little unfriendly at times. Also no internet access available for guests. |
