Grand Hotel Europa Palace

Cet hôtel est magnifiquement situé. Il est luxueux et offre tout le confort souhaitable pour un prix avantageux.

Le personnel est trés sympathique, l'emplacement et la vue de l'hotel idéal.

La qualité de la chambre ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles : tuyoterie bruyante lorsqu'on ouvre l'eau chaude et climatisation dans las chambre qui ne fonctionne pas bien ( quand il fait 40 degrés l'été ça devient difficile ) nettoyage des chambres clairement baclé ...)

Situation exceptionnelle dans la baie de Naples - dévouement du personnel - confort - piscine de bonne taille - proximité des sites à visiter - le luxe pour qui voyage plutôt routard !

Clientèle plutôt âgée car cher - manque mise à dispo internet - manque animation le soir - jus de fruit en poudre au petit déj. : dommage.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful in the grand old european tradition with high ceilings and gorgeous chandeliers. I loved it!

The hotel clerks were extremely helpful and hospitable.

good location, nice view from the hotel, but not from the room we've stayed..

It was a nightmare to stay this hotel for us. It was not the four-star hotel, maybe one or two star hotel except reception area. Eveything were very old and outdated in the room. And the bathroom was so smelly. So I couldn't close the window, that's why I shared my blood with so many mosquitos. We stayed at the standard room for two days(it is a room to the street side), and it was extremely noisy room because there were a under construction building in front of hotel and also traffic. The noisy started from the early in the morning before the day dawned. I asked to chang a room to staff, they said "NO". One of staffs from reception was very unfriendly. But if you stay in the seaside room, the view will be great.

The location of the hotel is amazing - right on the cliff. The views were incredible. The ocean view rooms were very big as were the bathrooms. Air conditioning in the room worked well in August. The terrace outside was nice at sunset. There are chairs to sit at & you can order drinks outside. Breakfast had a good selection of items.

Lobby and reception area was hot during August. No real air conditioning used in common areas.

The facilities where excellent with private beach and pool.

Large stains of mold in room leaking toilet that made the bathroom floor look like a unfresh swimming pool. This was not fixed during our 2 night stay although mentioned to hotel staff at several occasions.

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk into Sorrento town centre and has a fabulous large terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples - a wonderful place to enjoy a drink after a day sightseeing or by the pool. The staff couldn't have been more friendly.

The location was excellent and convenient for the centre of Sorrento. The hotel was comfortable. Fantastic views over the gulf of Naples and overall great value.

The rooms were a little basic.

View from the terrace and breakfast terrace towards Vesuvius, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spoke very good English. If you have to leave early in the morning they will put a breakfast box ready for you to collect from reception.

Shower was very small in our room, with a shelf that I kept bashing with my elbows as I showered, and the bathroom seemed very dated.

The location is wonderful. The rooms overlooking the Bay of Naples have a breathtaking spectacular view! It is very romantic. The complimentary breakfast on the terrace was ellegant.
