Аннуляция бронирования
В случае аннуляции или изменения за 2 суток до даты заезда штраф не взимается
В случае аннуляции или изменения позднее этого срока взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания
В случае незаезда взимается полная стоимость заказа .
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 4 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении одного ребёнка в возрасте от 4 до 12 лет на дополнительной кровати взимается 70 % от стоимости проживания 1 человека за ночь.
При дополнительном размещении одного ребёнка в возрасте от 4 до 12 лет на дополнительной кровати взимается 50 % от стоимости проживания 1 человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 2.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается по предварительному запросу. Дополнительная плата не взимается.

Beautiful hotel. Views are fantastic. Nicely appointed. Good breakfast. Room very large but a bit dated and no bathtub in our room which did have a side seaview. Great location. |

good location, nice view from the hotel, but not from the room we've stayed.. It was a nightmare to stay this hotel for us. It was not the four-star hotel, maybe one or two star hotel except reception area. Eveything were very old and outdated in the room. And the bathroom was so smelly. So I couldn't close the window, that's why I shared my blood with so many mosquitos. We stayed at the standard room for two days(it is a room to the street side), and it was extremely noisy room because there were a under construction building in front of hotel and also traffic. The noisy started from the early in the morning before the day dawned. I asked to chang a room to staff, they said "NO". One of staffs from reception was very unfriendly. But if you stay in the seaside room, the view will be great. |

The view from this place is amazing and the lift down to the pool and ocean is great. The breakfast terrace is beautiful. The rooms are very run down, old furniture, shower you can hardly lift your arms above your head in, scratches over walls, small old television. However if you only plan on sleeping in the room the pool and views from the hotel are worth it! |

I loved the View from The Room Fantastico!!! The Staff at the Restaurant very Nice really made our stay Comfortable. The dinner was Excellent. The staff at the Front desk needs to smile more and perhaps be more informative and friendly. The restaurant by the pool closes too early!!! 3pm. Breakfast needs more choices and some food was stale. |

The location of the hotel is amazing - right on the cliff. The views were incredible. The ocean view rooms were very big as were the bathrooms. Air conditioning in the room worked well in August. The terrace outside was nice at sunset. There are chairs to sit at & you can order drinks outside. Breakfast had a good selection of items. Lobby and reception area was hot during August. No real air conditioning used in common areas. |

The facilities where excellent with private beach and pool. Large stains of mold in room leaking toilet that made the bathroom floor look like a unfresh swimming pool. This was not fixed during our 2 night stay although mentioned to hotel staff at several occasions. |

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk into Sorrento town centre and has a fabulous large terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples - a wonderful place to enjoy a drink after a day sightseeing or by the pool. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. |

The location was excellent and convenient for the centre of Sorrento. The hotel was comfortable. Fantastic views over the gulf of Naples and overall great value. The rooms were a little basic. |

View from the terrace and breakfast terrace towards Vesuvius, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spoke very good English. If you have to leave early in the morning they will put a breakfast box ready for you to collect from reception. Shower was very small in our room, with a shelf that I kept bashing with my elbows as I showered, and the bathroom seemed very dated. |

The location is wonderful. The rooms overlooking the Bay of Naples have a breathtaking spectacular view! It is very romantic. The complimentary breakfast on the terrace was ellegant. |

Beautiful location on edge of cliff, large pool and views superb, very clean, room comfortable and spacious, 5 minute walk to busy main square, a relaxing refuge from the bustle close by. Wonderful outdoor patio to eat breakfast and look at the Bay of Naples.Lots of space around, friendly and helpful staff. If you were near the staircase, could be noisy. The rooms not entirely soundproof due to older style, but the layout was really part of its 'grand style' charm. |

the hotel staff were very good in all respects, hotel kept clean and tidy at all times. Common areas of the hotel all very good restaurant, pool, sea deck etc We stayed in room 404, clean and tidy, but we booked a double bed and got two single beds pushed together, this is done in a lot of places on the continent and is not acceptable. Also only a shower in the room which had the smallest cubicle ever we have ever seen and a dribble of water from it. When on holiday you do not spend much time in the room but the bed and washing facilities which were poor here are the most important aspects. |

great location ,stunning views,friendly staff .good experience ,breakfast on the sun terrace was the best, no one read my request to be as near as poss to the lift as my wife has difficulty in walking, they put us in room 320,could not have been further from the lift . .no toilets on ground floor ,ground floor lift is 7 steps up from ground floor ,so not disable friendly. booked double room got single beds . |

The view, the location. Perfect hotel - couldn't do better! The bathroom was quite small, the shower was tiny!!!! Other bathrooms seemed to be bigger in other rooms however. This is the only negative comment I have. |
