Nous avions la partie arrière sans vue sur la mer mais au calme le plus complet. Un grand balcon et une fenêtre. Salle de bains complète, chambre environ 40 m2 avec marbre par terre. Propreté excellente. Parking payant 15€ par jour mais sécurisé. De toute façon il n'est pas possible de se garer dehors au parcmètre toute la journée.... Le petit déjeuner est vraiment digne d'un 4 *, rien ne manque, tout est excellent, on n'a pas besoin de déjeuner à 12h ! Un excellent point pour le personnel qui est au petits soins pour nous aider à porter les bagages, nous renseigner et toujours avec le sourire. Si nous avons l'occasion de passer par là, on ne manquera pas d'y retourner. Les menus des repas sont affichés mais pas les tarifs du restaurant, du coup on ne sais pas si cela coute 25€ ou 150€ et dans le doute il y a abstention...

La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale I servizi complementari es: spa (bagno turco , etc..) chiudono alle ore 17. Gli orari non sono adatti per una clientela business.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo dormito solo una notte (purtroppo) ma siamo stati benissimo! Camera meravigliosa, pulitissima, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, colazione abbondante e raffinata. Davvero un grande albergo!!!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Stadteingang von Loano, wo sich eine Fussgängerzone mit vielen kleinen Shopps befindet. Es hat einen eigenen Strand, aber auch einen Pool direkt hinter dem Hotel wo es auch Liegeflächen unter Bäumen gibt. Das Personal ist freundlich und es herrscht keine Hektik im Hotel. Am Abend gibt es musikalische Unterhaltung. Man hat aber auch jeder Zeit die Möglichkeit an der langen Promenade spazieren zu gehen. An dieser gibt es auch viele gute Pizzerien.

L'ottima cortese accoglienza, anche del personale inserviente. La cura estrema nei piccoli dettagli. L'ottima varietà di cibo nella colazione. Non ho soggiornato a lungo da poter emettere un giudizio in tal senso.

Camera molto ampia e luminosa. La pulizia. Un ambiente secondo noi poco adatto a famiglie con bambini e un weekend di relax al mare ritenendosi una categoria di lusso l ambiente richiede una certa compostezza e abbigliamento adeguato non certo pantaloncini al ristorante neanche a pranzo! Molto costoso soprattutto la ristorazione noi per una notte eravamo b&b ma abbiamo pranzato in hotel il giorno di arrivo e devo dire costato parecchio non certo il costo standard per un menu' che loro definiscono a la carte ma non erano esposti I prezzi dei singoli piatti ed era impostato come un menu fisso senza neanche riportare costo .
