Staff is friendly and helpfull. Our rooms were large and confortable. Although the rooms are quite comfortable and well equiped their decoration is somewhat gloomy. |

Ottimo come albergo,mangiare ottimo,camerieri ok. La mattina alle ore 10,30 non erano pronte le camere. Le valigie alla ore 23,30 erano rimaste dove l'avevo lasciate la mattina. |

la cortesia del personale e la qualita' dei pasti sia cena che colazione il fatto che avendo soggiornato con due bimbe quella che e' stata attrezzata come loro camera fosse quella piu' vicina alla porta, francamente non ho gradito malgrado fosse di buona qualita' che la scelta dei pasti fosse piuttosto monotona avrei preferito una maggiore scelta |

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ok. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Saubere Zimmer. Eigener Parkplatz beim Hotel kostenlos. Die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Frühstücksbüffet war zwar ausreichend, könnte aber etwas umfangreicher sein |

Keine Besonderheiten aufgefallen. Ein ganz normales Best Western. Dem erwarteten Standard entsprechend Die Lage und der mangelnde Hinweis auf der Website im Hinblick auf die Möglichkeiten zur Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Lucca. Der letzte Bus fährt um 20 Uhr und auf ein Taxi haben wir 40 Minuten erfolglos gewartet bis wir dann die 2 km zu Fuß gelaufen sind. Auserdem gibt es nach 24 Uhr keine Taxis mehr, d.h. man muß auch wieder zu Fuß zurück zum Hotel. |

freundliches Personal, Gutes Essen. Wir konnten problemlos das Zimmer wechseln, weil die Klimaanlage im Innenhof für uns zu laut war |

Sa situation géographique de l'hotel permet de pouvoir visiter et accéder facilement à différents sites, tels que Pisa, Cinque Terre, Remparts de Lucca. Très bons conseils sur les visites du personnel de l'hôtel. |

Wij hebben het hotel geboekt omdat we graag een nacht in Lucca wilden verblijven voordat we naar ons appartement in Toscane door gingen. Prima locatie, dicht bij de stad (wel met de auto) en zeer ruime familiekamer. |
