The area were the hotel is located and the picture of the hotel in the internet 1. 4There was no assistance with carring luggage even it is a 4 star hotel The room was gloomy, dark and with a low ceiling2 3. Even there is a safe in the room they did not have the key to the safe 4. The telephone was not functioning 5. No English channel on TV 6. The room was prepared for 1 person only, even the reservation was for 2 7. The water in the shower run out very slowly so our feet were soaked in water through taken a shower and it was impossible to adjust the heat of the water 8. The switch of the table lamp was broken 9. The heating facility in the bathroom was broken 10. On top of all the breakfast was very poor like a continental breakfast 11. The staff don’t speak English the reception staff spoke poor English 12. Only some of the above mentioned findings were taken care 13. When we checked out the reception staff told us that we are 3 persons, this is what is mentioned in the computer, I even showed him the reservation and even than it took us a long discussion to convince him that we are only 2 14. This is a sum up of what we experienced in this hotel

The views from the hotel was amazing The hotel had no restaurant or bar faculties for guests and the staff made no effort to arrange drinks or food for us when we requested them. Very poor and not in my opinion a 4 star hotel

Camera fredda , riscaldamento poco funzionante e molto rumoroso, odore di muffa, coperta e copriletto sporchi, bagno scomodo , water di fronte al lavandino, ci si deve sporgere per lavarsi le mani, colazione insufficiente, hotel in generale fatiscente ed assolutamente non corrispondente al ranking 4 stelle come pubblicato su Booking.

la bellezza del luogo e anche dell'hotel . secondo me uno tra i piu' belli dei castelli le camere hanno bisogno di essere ristrutturate , carta alle pareti staccata un odore di muffa . un vero peccato per un hotel di quel livello e bellezza

Tutto perfetto! Struttura e posizione dell'hotel fantastica, personale disponibile e sempre presente, camera lussuosa ed ampissima, idem per il bagno, colazione abbondante. Panorama su Roma e sui Castelli Romani mozzafiato. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo.

Hotel alloggiato in una struttura antica, una villa posta in posizione panoramica su una collina. Il ristorante per la prima colazione vetrato, panoramico con vista sulla valle, buona la prima colazione. Le stanze molto grandi e confortevoli. Ottimo il prezzo.

La superba insonorizzazione della stanza, e la discrezione del posto. L'odore di polvere della stanza: si ha l'impressione che la moquette non venga pulita con aspiratore, ma pettinata solamente.

Camere belle e spaziose e posto abbastanza carino, anche gli interni sono belli ma la reception non serve a nulla Servizio inesistente, personale fantasma. La colazione è carente mancano I prodotti e soprattutto il personale che compare solo all'ora di chiusura sala, per avere un caffè ho dovuto penare

location suggestiva.. vista meravigliosa e posto silenzioso lontano dal caos cittadino. la colazione viene servita alle 7.00 un pò tardi per chi deve andare in centro al lavoro soprattutto se alle 7.10 alla richiesta di un caffè il cameriere risponde che è ancora impegnato nella preparazione.Dopo 10 minuti di attesa non si vede nessuno e vado via.
