Good looking old hotel with a lot of charm. Rooms are comfortable and the outside pool is very pleasant. New spa looks good and the gym is ok. Nice breakfast on the terrace even though a little variety wouldn't hurt. Staff is ok but not very information oriented. If you ask something you will get an answer but I didn't get that costumer service one would expect from a 5 star hotel. The hotel requires some refurbishing as it is starting to look a bit used and worn down despite the original charm. Lunch at the pool is a good idea but the offer is kind of flat and boring while very expensive. They should improve the ratio of what you get for your money. They charge for everything extra, internet, coffee with breakfast, etc...

Reception staff were very friendly when we arrived and during our entire stay. very friendly towards the children. Our room was clean and the maids were happy to provide extra towels etc. Hotel is in a good location and very central to the town. A few minor points; 1) Swimming pool space was at a premium and many mornings you needed to be there by 8am to reserve your place. 2) The swimming pool staff were not very friendly and lunch selection was not sufficient. 2) Breakfast could have been better with more selection.

The staff at this hotel outrun everything we have ever tried in Europe before. It is the same level as in Thailand. They were very service minded, friendly, easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor.The hotel is not a 5 star hotel, as they claim to be, and the hotel is a little noicy (between the rooms). But their SPA is 5 star, no doubt about that. I will recommend it at any time. Montecatini Terme is a lovely little town and there are very good shopping oportunities + you eat well.

Beautiful hotel in best location Breakfast a mess every morning, staff unaware & never a table cleared waiting our arrival.Pool service and attitude was terrible and set up lacking. Only 6 luxury pool lounges and 8 plastic cheap lounges for over 100 rooms...not good enough. The whole hotel is lacking in care and attention

Das Hotel war unsauber, die Außenanlage ungepflegt, der Pool dreckig, das Essen allenfalls durchschnitt, das Frühstück mager. Ich reise viel, übernachte viel in Hotels. Keinesfass ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Ich geben maximal 3 Sterne!!!

Außenpool -ein Flop, ungepflegt, trüber Tümpel. 1. Zimmer lieb-und geschmacklos, 2. Zimmer nach Umzug in "Parklage" - direkt über Küchencontainer, Frittengeruch, Lärm; Küche außen- Speiseräume innen,kaltes Durchzugsklima; 5 Sterne völlig unpassend, rätselhaft. Haben dieses Hotel vorzeitig verlassen.

Zeer, maar dan ook zeer verouderde kamer en badkamer. We zouden 2 nachten blijven, maar langer dan 1 nacht wilden we hier niet blijven. Is absoluut geen 5 sterren waard, laat staan een van de Leading Hotels of the World.

В этом отеле жил с семьей по 11 ночей уже второй раз в конце июля 2011 года. Отель удобно расположен в центре города.Понравилось отношение и обслуживание всего персонала. Комнаты для проживания в большинстве старые. Полы паркетные отходят и между ними грязь.Мебель ( шкафы, кровати и т.п.) старые, скрипят, не открываются дверца.Телевизоры маленькие старого типа. Ковры все старые и протертые до холста. Сантехника тоже старая не удобная. При нашем пребывании было несколько жалоб от гостей на такое состояние комнат. Но всем разъясняли, что отелю более ста лет и из за его исторической ценности не меняют и не модернезируют обстановку.

Tutto bello: atmosfera, comfort, servizi e staff, con un rapporto prezzo- qualità molto buono. Eccellente centro benessere, bellissima la piscina immersa nel verde. Difficile trovare aspetti negativi

красивые холлы, высокие потолки, хорошее обслуживание старая мебель, плохая старая сантехника, в номерах, выходящих на улицу ночью очень шумно и невозможно спать из-за криков гуляющих граждан.

расположение отеля отель не соответствует заявленной категории, за 400 евро в сутки на двоих wi fi может быть и бесплатным, и бассейн тоже не должен стоить 25 евро за 1,5 часа, сервис отсутствует вообще не работает даже платные каналы по тв. Я не привередливый человек, но цена этого отеля максимум 150 евро в сутки

очень старая мебель,даже в холле находится мебель с рваными подлокотниками,дико было на это смотреть. в номерах мебель разваливается,матрасы ужасно не удобные,спать не возможно. завтрак слабый. о 5-ти звездах говорит только цена. номера соответствуют слабому агротуризму.

отличный отель, очень красиво внутри, прекрасный персонал, удобное расположение в городе. зимой обязательно приедем снова. ресторан не соответствует уровню. есть объективные причины, но для клиентов это не имеет значения.сервис хороший, но еда не понравилась.за исключением завтрака, где не нужна кухня. надеюсь, что положение поправится на будущий год.

La cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto il personale, dalla reception ai facchini al centro benessere ai camerieri. La bellezza ed il buon gusto delle camere e delle sale. Riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata che non si può spegnere di notte. Corridoi e sale non sufficentemente riscaldati. Internet point con pc assai datato e lento e rete interna non facilmente accessibile. Mancanza di un percorso diretto dalle camere al centro benessere. Pulizia delle camere solo se richiesta e comunque eseguita negli orari più vari. Servirebbe esporre raccomandazioni per il corretto comportamento degli utenti.

A dire il vero niente. Siamo rimasti molto delusi in quanto non rispecchia assolutamente a quanto mostrato in internet sia nel loro sito che nelle foto proposte da voi. La camera da noi scelta non corrispondeva per niente a quella ricevuta. L'albergo vive di vecchie glorie...c'è davvero tanto da ristrutturare! Non capivamo come potesse far parte dei Leading Hotel of the World in quanto già soggiornato in altri di questo gruppo ma mille volte superiori a questo! Poi leggende il libro del lhw abbiamo capito...l'albergo è co-azionista del lhw, quindi pagando si riceve il posto!!! Non lo consiglerei a nessuno, a parte la praticità del posto (in centro), ma per il resto, mal isolato, non ci sono doppi vetri, si sente tutto il traffico e ogni rumore delle camere accanto. Igiene lascia a desiderare anche nella sala buffet. Servizi scarsi.

La bellezza della struttura Si purtroppo, non vi era l'acqua calda nella doccia, tanto che mi è stata cambiata la stanza. La connessione internet non funzionava in tutte le stanze. Il riscaldamento nel bagno era spento, nonostante fossimo a metà ottobre

Montecatini Terme liegt sehr zentral für Städtebesuche in der Zentraltoscana und das Hotel liegt super zentral in Montecatini Terme in einem schönen Park. Die Poolanlage ist ok. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Der neuere Wellnessbereich ist klein, aber fein. Die ganze Hotelanlage ist etwas veraltet und stammt aus früheren Zeiten, was zwar einen gewissen Charme hat, aber halt auch moderne Bequemlichkeiten für ein 5*Hotel vergessen lässt. Das Essen ist zwar gut, entspricht aber nicht der Hotelkategorie (was vielleicht mit einem kürzlichen Küchenbrand in Zusammenhang steht?). Auch die Poolanlage samt Service dürfte erneuert werden. Ebenso müsste das Reservationssystem für die Nutzung von Wellnessangeboten überdacht werden (erst ab 10.00 morgens und nur direkt im Spa möglich!)!

Il nostro soggiorno presso questo hotel è stato caratterizzato da una "botta" di fortuna. Ci è capitato di soggiornare in una Suite poichè le camere tradizionali erano già state tutte prenotate. Con nostra enorme soddisfazione ci siamo ritrovati in un appartamento dove una notte costa quanto lo stipendio mensile di un precario. La nostra valutazione perciò risulta molto falsata da questo piacevole inconveniente.

Kaunis vanha rakennus. Edellinen Leading Hotel, jossa asuin, oli Villa d'Este. Siihen verrattuna suuri pettymys; aamiainen, huoneiden meluisuus ja yleensä entisöinnin taso.

La tranquilidad del hotel y sus jardines.Muy buena la cocina por lo que decidimos tomar pension completa y lo mismo la atencion en el restarante de maitre y mozos que dan calidez a la comida. Lindo y vistoso el entorno de Montecatini para caminar y hacer compras, con vida en las calles y en los cafes . Los jardines deberian estar mas cuidados, tienen lindos arboles y otras especies que lo merecen
