Great place to stay .Rooms warm ,good size, very clean. Breakfast was amazing every thing that you could think of. Very friendly staff. Bus to slopes as and when required .Great views from all the rooms.

Great location and services. Excellent breakfast, nice bar area. Broadband service, free taxi to ski area. Polite staff. Allround a good hotel.

La Torre is an iconic building. It has an art deco style and unusual but wonderful. The Breakfast is also fantastic.

The Grand Hotel La Torre is easy to find and the staff were great to explain how to arrive at the hotel by train / bus. The location of the hotel is great to go to the Sportina. The hotel offers a free shuttle to go to it. All restaurant / pubs / shops are all within walking distance from the hotel. And the spa which is opposite the hotel is a great place how to finish your day of skiing.

Small elevators so had to wait every morning to get up and down. Small bus to lifts, had to wait every morning, should have been 2 small buses. Earpin under my bed when i arrived.. and still when i left - poor cleaning... 611 check under left bed if stil there

Very friendly and helpful staff especially on reception. had trouble with the safe (my fault) and had someone round within a couple of minutes. Breakfast was excellent, lounge area was wonderful with fantastic views and friendly bar staff and free cakes when returning from the slopes. We are going back in four weeks time and were allowed to leave our skis, boots and helmets behind which was wonderful. Highly recommended and excellent value for money. Free hotel shuttle to slopes was very handy, and there is a free public bus service to the slopes which stops outside the hotel as well.

Would have been perfect if it was also ski in ski out but as you can get the shuttle up to the lifts the short walk back if you didn't want to wait a few minutes for a shuttle or bus back was fine. Otherwise nothing not to like.

Floors were a little dirty. Windows did not do much to keep the wind noise out. Dated looks.

The reception staff and breakfast staff were very friendly, very informative and they all spoke extremely good English. We loved the location - only a 8 minute stroll from the center of town and a 12 minute walk to 1 of the 3 chair lifts (which all take you to the same place). Hotel shuttle and public bus also came every 15 minutes, which was good for the lazy adults or hungover people. The rooms were spacious, very clean, warm (once we realised how to turn the radiator on) and had a lot of storage space. The hotel bar was a nice place to chill out after a day on the slopes and for an after meal drink before bed - it was very cheap. The free snacks they provided were also an added bonus.

There could have been something different on the breakfast buffet every day - I felt like I ate the same thing over and over again. The hotel bar man needs more training. Even though he is very smiley, he is very slow, he does not finish an order before he starts another with a different customer, he does not give the correct change (a couple of times he gave us 20 euros more than we needed and he did not appear bothered when we told him) and he mumbles when he talks so no one has any idea what he is saying which made people feel very uncomfortable. We only received 1 adapter (that enabled a European/UK adapter to fit into the sockets of the hotel) - we would have benefited from having another one.

Good size, comfortable rooms, plenty of storage for winter clothes, and bathroom with a bath. Good choice for breakfast. Reception staff friendly and helpful

Restaurant staff always appear miserable and unfriendly

Location was great ... Breakfast was excellent.. Staff were all good with the one exception (she knows who she is) Rooms were clean

Rude waitress the one night we ate in the restaurant !!! Wifi in rooms would of been nice but in the bar was ok ??!!

High standard of accommodation, Plenty of hot water, good showers and a bath. Breakfasts were magnificent, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Not ski to door! Other than that can't think of anything.
