a little hard to reach there - needs a good GPS system.
The room was very big and comfortable, the staff pleasant and helpul, Tereza at the front desk was charming and we enjoyed two good nights there. The garden worth a walk.

The hotel is not in the best neighborhood, but it's surrounded by high walls and feels like a romantic oasis.
We were celebrating our honeymoon, and the staff helped my husband arrange a surprise private dinner for the two of us--complete with candles, flowers, and a violinist. We stayed over a weekend, and the hotel hosted weddings both night. The events were over by 10pm, and we were made to feel like we were the only guests. We loved it.

Breakfast wasn't particularly interesting. Very little choice. No-one on hand to help or top up items despite arriving only an hour after it started.
Beautiful room, exceptional cleanliness. Good Wifi. Complementary drink upon arrival.

The pool only opened from 8-12 noon. I booked the hotel because it had a pool and was looking forward to having a lazy afternoon by it. The hotel seems more geared up for weddings and conferences than tourists
Theresa the receptionist was fantastic, helped me with directions, and was just very helpful all round. Breakfast was also very good

Where do we start? The pool is only open until midday, this is in the ad but in small print right at the bottom. Extremely frustrating when you've been out all day and just want to come back to hotel for a dip. They do have a jacuzzi which is open all day, we used this once and it stunk, obviously didn't have enough chlorine, our bathers stunk afterwards. If they put as much effort into the pool as the jacuzzi it may have been nice. The location is misleading, it's in an awful location. Without sounding snobby it's not in a very nice area and there is nothing around for you to get to in walking distance like restaurants etc. you have to pay for a transfer to the train station that takes you to sorrento (train is very cheap thankfully) if you don't have a car you have to rely heavily on the hotels transfer service. This hotel is designed to host weddings and functions and I'm sure something they do well, but it doesn't cater well for just your average guest there for a few nights. We contemplated checking out and going somewhere else, and we would have done if we didn't have a car. We met other travellers who checked out early due to not being happy.
Staff were friendly, and reasonably helpful when asked questions. Room was good, nice to have an outdoor table and chairs.

a bit far from everything not hard to find as much as it's hard to reach. מעט רחוק מכל דבר,והדרך אליו לא חביבה במיוחד.
a very pleasent surprise. the best hotel we had in our trip to Italy. way above what we expacted and what we paid for תמורה מדהימה למחיר ששילמנו. מלון מפואר, שירות אדיר וארוחת בוקר מלכותית.(ניתן לבקש מהמלצר שיכין לכם קפוצ'ינו, יביא סלט...)

This hotel is mainly a function/event venue and there was some function or event like a wedding reception going on every day we were there. The function tended to dominate to hotel so we felt we had to keep to our room in the evenings. A evening meal was available (set menu was 25 euros a head not inc alchohol) although the menu was a little samey every day and we were often the only people eating and seemed a problem where to put us. Often children from the function would be running around. The nearest pizzeria is a few hundred yards up the busy road where we had an acceptable meal at a very reasonable cost. The staff were fantastic though and cannot be faulted. Also no drink making facilities in the room but there was a fridge filled with water at 2 euros a bottle! Overall a lovely hotel though but only for a few nights.
The location was very good as a central point for the traveller with their own transport. We were there a week and the service and staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was varied and very pleasant. The grounds were very pretty and beautifully manicured. Our luxury room was spacious with air conditioning. We were made a fuss of as it was our pearl wedding anniversary when we were there and for an extra 10 euros we had our evening meal in our room on our spacious balcony near the jacuzzi and watched the sunset over mount vesuvius while dring a glass of prosecco from the lookout tower. We were given a welcome drink and a leaving present.

It was a bit pity, as we managed to stay at the same time, when hotel had wedding arrangment, and definately it is main business for them, when rest visitors get only what left. Because of happening we were not able to use main pool and after asking to use small jacuzzi they are having, the reception lady with comand from due manager forced us to buy 2 "swimming caps" with descent price of 5 euros per each and then "wellcomed" us to facilities. If they would really care about their guests, we somehow think that they should act a bit other way. Or?
Breakfast was pretty OK, but still like almost in all places in italy was missing fresh vegetables. Nice luxury garden, maybe a bit too much kitch in it, but still:)
