Nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, good kitchen, very very helpful hotel stuff. Even got a present from hotel. Recommend! The surroundings isnt very nice, but from room balcony you can see Vesuvio.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They really seemed interested in having a conversation with you every time we called to the reception. We landed down for dinner only 10minutes before the restaurant was to close and they still had no problem serving dinner. The room was huge with beautiful views of mountains and sea. Shower and bed was lovely. The jacuzzi on the top floor had beautiful views too. The location was grand for us because we had a car and didn't want to be in the town. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. I would definitely go back again if I was going to the same region.

L'hotel le Zagare è stato per noi un'esperienza meravigliosa. Una parentesi di relax e di agiatezza. Il personale gentile e competente è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e consiglio. La camera spaziosa e accogliente,il parco con bellissimi angoli fioriti, la cucina deliziosa e variata servita in un ambiente raffinato e ravvivato da fiori freschi ovunque, la colazione che non lascia nessun desiderio aperto hanno lasciato in noi il desiderio di ritornarci. очень стильный отель, большая ухоженная территория, фонтаны, лестницы. безупречный персонал. для такого уровня отеля недопустимо отсутствие Wi-Fi в номерах. а еще поразили пластиковые стаканы. совершенно пустой завтрак, не нашли ничего для завтрака на шведском столе, обратились к официантам с просьбой сделать омлет. сделали омлет, но потом мы получили счет по 5 евро за порцию. поразительно как такое возможно при заявленных звездах и приставке Grand.

Luxe inimaginable , acceuil parfait , propreté méticuleuse , amabilité du personnel , prix , gastronomie et petits déjeuners , proximité des sites historiques , parking gratuit Attention avant de réserver ,demander si il y a des manifestations car cet hôtel spécialisé en mariage , jusqu'à 3 le même jour dans des salles non insonorisées nous a empêché de dormir même avec des boules kies , bruit infernal de la techno ,cauchemar qui peut en plus se terminer par des feux d'artifices intempestifs ,dommage de ne pas faire l’effort d' insonoriser ces salles car cet hôtel est d'un luxe incroyable et son personnel est parfait

צוות המלוח ממש יצא מגידורו כדי לגרום לנו להרגיש טוב. הם מוכנים לספק ארוחות גם לא בזמנים קבועים. שירות מצויין. בסוף נתנו לנו במתנה שתי פסטות יוקרתיות. האיסור שגובל עם המלון לא נראה טוב ולא מעניין כמעט.

Erg mooi hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit ratio. Pompeï is dichtbij. De stations van trein en metro zijn op ca 30 minuten loopafstand.

Uitermate uitstekend hotel zeker in verhouding tot de uiterst lage prijs, we konden het niet beter treffen bij ons bezoek aan Napels, de Amalfische kust en de romeinse en griekse opgravingen. Echt niets!

Quelle belle surprise ! Mieux que sur les photos !...Cet hôtel très soigné est un plaisir à découvrir . Nous avions une très belle chambre spacieuse avec un incroyable grand balcon qui offrait une vue magnifique sur le Vésuve et un panorama sur les alentours. Une jolie salle de bain avec un décor céramique virtuose . L’hôtel dispose d'un très beau jardin paysagé pour des instants de detente . Ce décor sert souvent a des réceptions /cocktails /diners .Mais nous n'avons pas été gênés par cela. Le service du petit déjeuner était parfait.Le personnel très aimable rend un service de qualité . A recommander sans réserve, cet hôtel mérite largement ses 4 étoiles .Son emplacement est parfait pour un séjour touristique dans la région : Naples,Pompei et la cote Amlalfi/Sorrente.Merci a toute l’équipe de la villa Zagare pour sa gentillesse. Compte tenu de sa situation , une voiture est recommandée pour se déplacer . Pas facile a trouver , le GPS sera plus que pratique... .

Très bel hötel, avec magnifiques jardins, et belles vues sur la ville. Chambres confortables avec terrasse pour relaxer et personnel très courtois. Endroit difficile à trouver.

L'hotel é magnifico . L'accoglienza é eccellente, tutto il personale é gentilissimo, sono sempre pronti al tuo servizio e a ogni tua richiesta degna di un hotel di lusso . I pranzi sono tutti deliziosi e gastronomici . Camera spaziosa e confortevole, iacuzzi sulla terrazza per il relax, bella piscina e sdraio per l'abbronzatura . Insomma che siate una coppia o una famiglia, passerete delle vacanze indimenticabili . ( ancora un grazie di cuore a Salvatore e le ragazze della reception ) eric e mirella lotto
