I liked the position of the hotel and the shuttle service to the airport. The bar area and breakfast was very good and the bar lady serving was excellent. The airconditioning was a bit severe and I prefer not having this on at night. Also the facilities at the coffee area in the lounge on the first sunday were not available. |

good location 10 m to the airport. the room was clean and quiet just to spend the night before leaving to malpensa. easy to go to the airport .food in the place was good, breakfast more than usual in italy . sunday evening heavy traffic all the area. |

Breakfast was excellent. Room was great as well, did not disappoint with It was a bit far even from the Airport. The shuttle was helpful but the drivers drove a bit too fast for its purpose. |

The location to the airport made the early morning flight more easy. The buffet breakfest staff were very friendly. The food at the 24 hour shop could have more items added. |

Hotel is just great. Very comfortable and relaxing. Staff is helpful and polite, rooms are comfortable (although not very big). Located about 7-10 min from airport by car and offers shuttle bus. |

Rooms were large, comparable to US. Very professional staff, good restaurant. We stayed on 4th floor with nice view of greenery and mountains. Bathroom was clean and roomy. Free shuttle to and from Malpensa airport. Tiny shower, as is typical of many European rooms. |

My husband and I found the staff to be very helpful, the speed with witch we were picked up at the Malpensa airport was great exactly 15 min. from our call and the driver was very nice. |

The rooms were very clean. Liked the modern design elements and the updated features around lighting, automated do-not-disturb button, etc. No. This hotel was choosen because it was close to the Malpensa airport and we had a very early flight to catch. |

I liked the welcoming greeting from the staff when I arrived. Also the decor was very attractive. My room was beautifully appointed as far as the bed linens and bath amenities and towels were concerned. The desk area was good for business travelers; but I did not need to use it. The food in the dining room could have been better. |

Cleanliness and efficiency; easy and fast transfer to and from airport - our reason for being there - ; good restaurant for dinner and breakfast The air conditioning in our room was not working on our first night there as we mentioned on departure. For the second night there, the room was absolutely splendid and everything worked perfectly. Impressed by fact that, on first night there, I left a belt in the room. On return almost a fortnight later,I asked if it had been found and it was returned to me - excellent service. |

Only stayed overnight. Efficient pickup / drop off from airport. Clean hotel, attractive layout, light inside, standard I expected from a Hilton hotel. Good gym and guest laundry. Arrived late but limited options for food. No room service overnight - only vending machines selling prepacked sandwiches / microwave meals plus crisps / chocolate bars etc |

Very close to the airport which was good as we needed to catch a 6 a.m. flight the next day. Free shuttle to Malpensa was an added bonus. The rate of 80 Euro was one of the best bargains of our trip. The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Smart card, high-tech room could be a bit daunting. Restaurant menu was uninspiring. Not recommended for those visiting Milan as there is little of interest nearby. |
