Location, free wifi internet. Restaurant is too expensive (altough the food is great). Attention: the name of the hotel has changed, is now "Hilton Garden Inn" (I was 15 minutes looking for the "Grand Hotel Malpensa" which is not nice). |

The bathrooms were very large and modern. Yes. There were stains on the drapes, rug and walls. Looked like someone had had a dark or greasy item explode -- or maybe it was an act of vandalism. Anyway, the room was very stained and I was upset by its appearance. I do not know why they would rent the room in this condition. It was not worth 110 euros, not at all. |

I was especially impressed by the airport transfer man, Paolo, offering to drive me to a local pizzeria and back free of charge. You cant get better service than that! |

We called we we reached airport, and they picked us up. We we arrived the receptionist scheduled our shuttle to airport the following morning. Room was clean, energy efficient, and had the best pillows our of my entire trip to Italy. Food was great too! We will be staying there again! |

L'hôtel s'appelle désormais Hilton Garden Inn, nécessaire de le savoir pour le trouver!! Cet hôtel est parfait, très design, les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais suffisantes, tout y propre et la literie impeccable. Les oreillers un peu durs peut être, mais c'est au goût de chacun. Le service de navette compris dans le prix de la chambre est très efficace et courtois. L'approvisionnement du frigo bar de la chambre devrait être revu: que 2 bouteilles d'eau plate et 2 bouteilles d'eau gazeuse. Pas de questionnaire de satisfaction dans les chambres ni de documentation sur les services de l'hôtel. Mais la réception les donne avec le sourire. |

todo en general , cerca del aeropuerto , cerca de poblaciones con servicios , en una zona muy tranquila y agradable medio ambiente Sabados y Domingos : Breakfast hasta las 11 horas como mínimo ó también un servicio Brunch , sería de mi agrado. He bajado el sábado a las 10.15 horas y no tengo desayuno buffet. |
