The rooms were very clean. Liked the modern design elements and the updated features around lighting, automated do-not-disturb button, etc. No. This hotel was choosen because it was close to the Malpensa airport and we had a very early flight to catch. |

I liked the welcoming greeting from the staff when I arrived. Also the decor was very attractive. My room was beautifully appointed as far as the bed linens and bath amenities and towels were concerned. The desk area was good for business travelers; but I did not need to use it. The food in the dining room could have been better. |

Cleanliness and efficiency; easy and fast transfer to and from airport - our reason for being there - ; good restaurant for dinner and breakfast The air conditioning in our room was not working on our first night there as we mentioned on departure. For the second night there, the room was absolutely splendid and everything worked perfectly. Impressed by fact that, on first night there, I left a belt in the room. On return almost a fortnight later,I asked if it had been found and it was returned to me - excellent service. |

Only stayed overnight. Efficient pickup / drop off from airport. Clean hotel, attractive layout, light inside, standard I expected from a Hilton hotel. Good gym and guest laundry. Arrived late but limited options for food. No room service overnight - only vending machines selling prepacked sandwiches / microwave meals plus crisps / chocolate bars etc |

Very close to the airport which was good as we needed to catch a 6 a.m. flight the next day. Free shuttle to Malpensa was an added bonus. The rate of 80 Euro was one of the best bargains of our trip. The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Smart card, high-tech room could be a bit daunting. Restaurant menu was uninspiring. Not recommended for those visiting Milan as there is little of interest nearby. |

Good hotel, relatively new, with all the modern equipments for a nice stay. Internet by cable and Wi-fi. Close to Malpensa Airport, the hotel has a wide Parking. |

I thought the hotel was very nice and priced economically for such a 4-star rated venue. I found the airport transportation service quite good and available over a wide time span unlike some other potential venues I reviewed on the the internet. We were on only an overnight stay to depart Malpensa the next morning so did not get to thoroughly take advantage of all the amenities offered. It may have been available but was unaware of a lite fare other than the restaurant. I thought the prices in the restaurant were high considering the quality of the food. |

The rooms were very comfortable, clean and good size. They had free computer use. The breakfast, not included in our price, was good. We stayed there because it was close to the airport. The airport shuttle was good and on time. I was very disappointed that there was not a restaurant open during the day, except a couple sandwiches at the bar. We arrived late afternoon and hadn't eaten lunch yet. There is nowhere close to walk to and we had returned our car. We ate out of a fairly good vending machine. The front desk staff was slow and our wake up call came an hour early. |

The room is with a lot of space, the bathroom is confortable, there is possibility to make hot drinks, 24 hours free internet Very much: the guest can not open the window and has not any fresh air. He needs A/C which is regulated by the hotel stafff |

The waitress in the lounge was especially pleasant and helpful. The availability of the shuttle to the airport was a key factor in our choosing this hotel. The windows in the guest rooms really block out outside noise. The food in the reastuarant was the least interesting aspect of the stay. It was OK, but not Italian! |

The suite was a true suite with a bedroom door that closed. Great for families with little kids (and far cheaper than two rooms). The restaurant was good and the staff very nice. The business center has two computers with free internet and printing (check in online and print your boarding passes). The hotel is very nicely designed with a beautiful lounge. Tiny bit farther from the airport than I thought, but still reasonable. Great for staying on your way in or out of Italy, but not really a taste of Italy as this hotel could have been in Omaha (this could be a plus for some as the English of the staff was impeccable). Check in took some time (busy) and I had to ask for the baby cot twice even though I put a remark on the booking. |

I cannot believe that we were able to stay at this hotel at a rate of €80- per night per room. Whilst we arrived in the evening and left early the next morning, the hotel was fantastic. Staff were very friendly, rooms were of a very high standard. Having arrived from Ireland we telephoned the hotel to arrange for the shuttel bus to collect us from the airport, and it arrived within 15 mins. There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. |

The bed was fantastic, the room was very large and clean, and the staff were very pleasant. Airport shuttle was very good too! Happy hour from 6pm provided great snacks! |
