Die Lage ist klasse, obwohl an der Straße nicht sehr laut.Alt ehrwürdig. Das Frühstück war ok aber außer Schinken hätte ich gerne mehr Wurstsorten gehabt.Die Abendunterhaltung am Keyboard ist nicht jedermann s Geschmack |

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See und nahe dem netten Ort Menaggio ist sehr schön. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant ist ausgesprochen gleichgültig und macht allenfalls Dienst nach Vorschrift. Das ist sehr enttäuschend und teilweise sogar sehr ärgerlich. |

Schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen, besonders aufmerksames Bedienung Rechts vom Hotel an der Anlegestelle ist ein Bistro, in dem meist junge Leute bis morgens 1/2 5 Uhr lautstark feiern |

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See ist einmalig.Die Architektur und Eleganz des Hotels ist einfach toll..Riesiger Balkon/ Terasse von Zimme 115 war genial. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr nett.toller, großer Swimmingpool. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Badezimmer sind viel zu klein bzw PD direkt vor dem WC hat das sitzen auf der Toilette fast unmöglich gemacht ( Zimmer Nr 115). Leider gab es keine Kissen für die Balkonmöbel. Leider war die Aircondition " offen" dh es fehlte ein Teil der Verkleidung, die Schranktüren waren feucht, das sah nicht schön aus. Bezieht sich alles auf Zimmer 115. |

zentrale lage für ausflüge in die umgebung und andere schoene städte am see. preis und leistung nicht ganz ok. für die gebotene leistung etwas zu teuer. |

they did not have a room for us for the first night and we had to stay in their sister hotel and move the next day which was very disappointing because we made the reservation a long time before we got there |

location and services when we checked in with two other couples, using a reservation made months ago, we were informed that they only had one room that first night and two couples would have to stay down the street. We then had to move all our stuff back to this hotel for the remaining 3 nights of our stay. |

In the first place the room that we were given was on the first floor, overlooking the "beautifull" view of the tarace at the back of the hotel, with a broken door and terribly decorated. Room 131... stay away. After our complaints we were given another room on the 3rd floor, really decent. However still the rooms that are not on the lake are overvalued and expensive. Last but not least, the breakfast for that money was average... and I am not English!!!!! Have to say that if you afford a room with lake view, this hotel could be an excellent place for travelling around lake Como |

Superb position, nice rooms but first offered had a great view of a tin roof.Changed without much hassle. Let down by the food. A la carte very indifferent and breakfast pretty ordinary. Bell hops excellent, especially Aramis. |

the area is beautiflul.appreciated the quietness. our room faced the parking lot. when requested to move to one overlooking the lake we were told they were full. this was not true. there were at least 6 rooms facing the lake that were dark,and we could tell nobody was staying in those rooms..... |

The hotel is ideally situated with a good lakeside terrace and pool. Noise from air conditioning and on some nights noise from local bar.A la carte too expensive; hotel needs to offer simple reasonably priced food.Found only one good restaurant in Menaggio. |

The hotel is nice for a 1night stay, the breakfast was quite good. The atmosphere of the hotel is very 17th century which we liked! There was no minibar in the room, the pool is dirty! and you cant swim in the lake as it´s due to the nearby harbour.. |
