Grand Hotel Miramare  

the location was wonderful, easy access to strolling around the beautiful town. Great exercise going to the swimming pool.

The hotel has a lovely view over the coast, it is convenient for walking into the centre of town, staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was good.

The bathrooms need updating and strangely the plastic thermos jugs in which coffee was served at breakfast all had badly damaged spouts (to the point of being unhygienic). When I took this up with the receptionist on departure, I was told that there were many things that needed replacing, i.e. it wasn't considered to be particularly important. Wifi internet service was only available in the ground floor lobby.

The room was big and very nice, but the main amazing thing was the view, it was just amazing. Otherwise a real old school Grand Hotel with.

The staff was a bit unfriendly and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Our room had a very large balcony with an excellent view. The location of the hotel was close to the parking and funivia and not far from city center.

The staff at reception were at best monosyllabic and at worst very rude. The staff in the breakfast room, however, were very kind and helpful, even when often late for breakfast. The room was clean and large, with a small balcony and stunning view but for the price the bathroom was dated, tatty and not really in line with the standard of the rest of the hotel. The actually water system seriously needs sorting out as the entire hotel must have been woken up every time you flush the loo. The worst thing, though, was the completely unfriendly and rude reception staff who left me feeling quite depressed at the end of the holiday.

It was really close to the bus terminal, namely on the other side of the street. So once getting of the bus you could easily arrive to the hotel by walking with all the baggage we had. The Pool was just great surrounded by all the floors and trees on the mountain, though we used it only once since the sea was to prefere for us. We got a sweet even if we had booked a standard room because they were out of rooms so that was very good for us because we got a much bigger room with a great view (all the rooms have a great sea view by the way). the staff were very kindly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. the walking distance to the city center was about 5-10 min, very close.

Zeer prettig, schoon hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Prachtig gelegen.

De bedden zijn veel en veel te hard. De douche is erg klein en ouderwets, met een douchegordijn en een rekje dat de bewegingsvrijheid belemmerde en waaraan ik een blauwe plek heb overgehouden. Badkamer in zijn geheel prima, behalve dus die douche.

A hotel közel van a belvároshoz, és a buszpályaudvarhoz. A szobák többségéből szép kilátás nyílik a tengerre, a lakosztályok tiszták.

A személyzet kimért volt, nem voltak kedvesek.
