I thought the room and the staff were exceptional. We were lucky to have one of the refurbished rooms, which we could not fault at all. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely reccomend to anyone who wants to have a relaxing holiday. The Hotel is also well positioned to explore other parts of Italy. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a wonderful old-fashioned charm, chandeliers, marble and high ceilings, full of atmosphere. The buffet breakfast could have had hotter bacon and eggs and better bread rolls and coffee. |

The location We were not given any information upon arrival! We were not informed times of anything or the facilities in the hotel. Also we were not informed that the hotel door shut after midnight and that you had to press a button to get in. The button also is very unobvious and unless told ou would never spot it . |

Het hele plaatje klopte, de service van het personeel, de zeer ruime kamers en grote badkamers, goed werkende airco en parkeerplaats voor de auto. Hotel dat van oudsher klasse uitstraalt. Ook het ontbijt was zelfs voor Nederlandse begrippen goed te noemen. |

Bardzo elegancki hotel; atmosfera trochę jak ze starych filmów; kelnerzy znają stałych klientów. Wygodne umiejscowienie dla zwiedzających północną i środkową Toskanię - blisko zjazd na autostradę. Wyśmienite kolacje. Ciasny parking; ale ważne że jest. |
