Very helpfull english speaking staff.Hotel in an outstanding location close to all attractions.Bedroom was quite large and was superb value for money. Breakfast was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.Why have horrid machine coffee when the Italians make the best coffe in the world.This complaint is very easily remedied.

I do really liked the room,especially the bathroom my daughter likes it very much because of the bathtub.My sister and my niece liked it too,we relax in the pool for the whole afternoon even though water is cold but its okey there is still hot sunshine.I wish next time we stay in a room with jaccusi tub.We had a fun time spending on the weekend..

вместо обычного двухместного номера дали люкс на все 9 дней первое впечатление при попадании в отель - дом престарелых. стоит запах соответствующий, ничего не проветривается, в помещении сразу начинает болеть голова. завтраки - мрак: омлет, яйца варенные, 1 вид колбасы, булки, чай.

La posizione in centro di Montecatini e vicino al parco delle terme. Molti: L'ingresso dal parcheggio è terrificante da terzo mondo, occorre attraversare un garage sporco e buio per arrivare all'ascensore. La camera che mi hanno riservato era con un arredamento molto povero, vecchio e decrepito, il televisore poggiato direttamente sul frigo, un odore di polvere proveniente dalla moquette dai tendaggi e persino visibile sulle pareti, gli infissi interni ed esterni scrostati le finestre senza doppi ventri, in modo da sentire tutte le iniziative musicali della zona. Non so come sono le altre camere, certamente la camera a me riservata no merita assolutamente le 4 stelle (nemmeno 3)

La sua posizione a due passi dal centro di Montecatini! E' un hotel consigliato solo agli anziani non vi era una coppia giovane ma persone di una certa età! Le camere sono vecchie come I mobili.

Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was ruim voldoende en gevarieerd ondanks de vele gasten. Een gemoedelijk schoon hotel met interesse voor haar gasten. Alles verliep vllekkeloos. Het was elke dag weer leuk om naar het hotel terug te keren. Hebben niet in hotel gedineerd. Kan wel voor 25 euro. lekkerste restaurants zijn Da Lorenzo en Il Vicolo. Veel oudere gasten. Onze kamer (115) was wat gehorig ivm tussendeur naar andere kamer. Het hotel kan op sommige punten iets beter onderhouden worden. Dit waren echter details en geen zaken die ons verblijf minder prettig hebben gemaakt.

Camere ampie e ben pulite Servizio colazione: x un hotel di questo livello sarebbe opportuno che il caffè/cappucino fossero serviti al tavolo. A mio avviso, il distributore automatico eroga bevande non all'altezza.

De locatie was uitstekend, eten in restaurant was ook goed en ook de service. Slechte ontvangst van internet 1e dag hadden we helemaal geen ontvangst en konden we niet eerder geholpen worden als de dag erna volgens de receptie inderdaad hadden we wel wat ontvangst de dag erna.

charmant per architettura e accogliente per la squisita gentilezza di tutto il personale. In una posizione invidiabile di fronte alle terme risulta lo stesso tranquillo poichè la zona è a traffico limitato (ma è possibile entrare chiedendo alla polizia municipale).La viabilità di Montecatini è difficoltosa in quanto sono i navigatori non sono ancora aggiornati (settembre 2011)

Soltanto la posizione Albergo vecchio, decadente, rumoroso, arredamento camera pessimo ( da penzioncina a 2 stelle )- pareti screpolate- porte e finestre in legno da inizio secolo ! Strano che sopra certi alberghi le stelle siano sempre le stesse ( 4 in questo caso)e possano fregiarsi della scritta grand hotel ! La dicitura corretta per questo albergo sarebbe " pensione a 2 stelle"
