Very helpfull english speaking staff.Hotel in an outstanding location close to all attractions.Bedroom was quite large and was superb value for money. Breakfast was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.Why have horrid machine coffee when the Italians make the best coffe in the world.This complaint is very easily remedied.

I do really liked the room,especially the bathroom my daughter likes it very much because of the bathtub.My sister and my niece liked it too,we relax in the pool for the whole afternoon even though water is cold but its okey there is still hot sunshine.I wish next time we stay in a room with jaccusi tub.We had a fun time spending on the weekend..

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage bezüglich der Nähe zum Stadt- Centrum als auch zu den Thermen und dem Kurpark. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zu Auskünften stets bereit. Das Komfortzimmer und das Bad waren sehr geräumig und nett einge- richtet. Am Zimmerservice war nichts zu bemängeln und er war sehr aufmerk- sam.

Wij hebben dit hotel als uitvalsbasis voor onze rondreis gebruik, waarvoor het uitstekend geschikt is. De prijs - kwaliteits verhouding is goed. Het is een prima hotel om enige dagen in te verblijven. Een goede en zeer ruime kamer, goed bed, goed sanitair (whirlpool) en prima ontbijt. Helaas een kamer zonder enig uitzicht. In Montecatini was in deze periode -zeker voor wat betreft dineren- niet heel veel te doen.

uitstekend hotel: schoon, goed ontbijt, gratis wifi, gratis privé parkeerplaats, prima locatie: winkelen, flaneren. Montecatini Terme heeft alles. Ga eten bij Cibus Corso Giacomo Matteotti 97 51016 Montecatini-Terme. Lijkt fast food, staat ook op hun eigen site, maar geen fast food naar ons idee. Perfecte kaart, perfecte keuken! iedere keer weer..

Po mom misljenju ( a mnogo putujem) ovaj hotel u najbolju ruku treba da ima 2+ zvezdice. Hotel je star ali sve u njemu je staro. Dusek je star verovatno 50-ak godina- katastrofa! Osoblje nezainteresovano I neljubazno.Very old hotel and everything inside is old, bed was from 50 and maybe more years ago. Staf is very unkind. Those hotel can not have more than 2+star! 4* forget!!! Never again.

вместо обычного двухместного номера дали люкс на все 9 дней первое впечатление при попадании в отель - дом престарелых. стоит запах соответствующий, ничего не проветривается, в помещении сразу начинает болеть голова. завтраки - мрак: омлет, яйца варенные, 1 вид колбасы, булки, чай.

Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was ruim voldoende en gevarieerd ondanks de vele gasten. Een gemoedelijk schoon hotel met interesse voor haar gasten. Alles verliep vllekkeloos. Het was elke dag weer leuk om naar het hotel terug te keren. Hebben niet in hotel gedineerd. Kan wel voor 25 euro. lekkerste restaurants zijn Da Lorenzo en Il Vicolo. Veel oudere gasten. Onze kamer (115) was wat gehorig ivm tussendeur naar andere kamer. Het hotel kan op sommige punten iets beter onderhouden worden. Dit waren echter details en geen zaken die ons verblijf minder prettig hebben gemaakt.

De locatie was uitstekend, eten in restaurant was ook goed en ook de service. Slechte ontvangst van internet 1e dag hadden we helemaal geen ontvangst en konden we niet eerder geholpen worden als de dag erna volgens de receptie inderdaad hadden we wel wat ontvangst de dag erna.

charmant per architettura e accogliente per la squisita gentilezza di tutto il personale. In una posizione invidiabile di fronte alle terme risulta lo stesso tranquillo poichè la zona è a traffico limitato (ma è possibile entrare chiedendo alla polizia municipale).La viabilità di Montecatini è difficoltosa in quanto sono i navigatori non sono ancora aggiornati (settembre 2011)
