Location near via Toledo and other central points.

Air conditioning not working,safe in room broken and unreperable after two attempts.window shutter broken in lock down position making room very dark.over flirtatious young front desk attendant a real pest.

Beautifully lit and dcorated bedroom, all very tasteful. Bed huge and very comfortable. Lots of space everywhere ; rooms very quiet and well-insulated. Large but little-used bar area~possibly because hotel used for overnight business stays as much as tourism. Good breakfast. Ideally situated in Royal Naples, which is rich in history, close to the liners, castle, opera, and shops. Within reasonable walking or inexpensive bus distance is all you could want to see of Naples. Within 100m. of Via Toledo, a half-pedestrianised main artery. No difficulty in getting across to main railway station/Circumvesuviana. (No point in having a car there !). Hotel well worth its 4 stars.

Less a criticism than a fact : this hotel appears to be popular with Italians and French, and there isn't the usual young woman/fluent English speaker on Reception. But~armed with the excellent Time Out guide~we didn't find this difficult after the first hour or two. The breakfast staff~the hotel doesn't do any other meals~were not strong on English either.

This is the friendliest hotel we have stayed at. The dining room staff, in particular are absolutely wonderful and really looked after my husband and me. This is the second year we have stayed here, and if we return to Napoli next year, we will definitely stay here. The location is superb, right of the main street, Via Roma, where all the shops and cafes are. Also very good value for the money. We stayed for 23 nights, as we were in Napoli to see family.

Accessability of Wifi is poor.

The staff are very hospitable, efficient and helpful. The room service is good. The buffet is tasty, substantial and diverse. The location is safe and very close to the main sights: Palazzo Reale, the San Carlo Opera House, the Umberto Gallery and so on. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it as good value for money.

location is good and will be even better when you finish the subway, which was the food was tasty and true English Breakfast, towels and pillow cases were refreshed every day

the hotel was once elegant but now is not so elegant ,breakfast was same every day, bread was like rubber and one type , you could not make your toast, carpet was old, bedding and toiletries not changed every day.

Not easy, small shower. Lack of view from the window. не удобная, маленькая душевая кабина. отсутствие вида из окна.

Great location. Friendly staff. Full bar and lounge next to the lobby was nice to relax after a day of touring.

Breakfast wasn't anything special, but enough to get you started. They did offer espressos and cappuccinos with breakfast though.

Le peu de chaines de télévision (et aucune en français), le fait que l'internet n'ait pas marché pendant 2 jours. Les jus de fruit au petit déjeuner étaient imbuvables

Очень удачно расположен. Достаточно чисто. Хорошие завтраки. Идеально по цене-качеству.

Номера, особенно сантехника, требуют ремонта.

Over het algemeen was ik zeer tevreden.

Het ontbijt op zich was goed, maar de broodjes waren nogal eens op en er werd erg getreuzeld met het bijvullen. Daardoor vingen late ontbijters nogal eens bot.

Sinceramente e un hotel vecchissimo poi arrivati mi dovevano dare una camera e invece ho trovato un altra la reception dicendomi che non era disponibile la camera da noi prenotata un hotel davvero pessimo mai piu ci ritornero neanche gratis.

riscaldamento eccessivo, con temperatura sempre sopra I 29°, nonostante per ben tre volte sia stato richiesto alla reception di abbassarla, inutilmente.
