Beautiful interior, great spa, great breakfast. Luxurious. The outdoor pool was advertised on booking.com as being open all year round, but actually it didn't open until May.

Its friendly, quiet, clean and cozy. Most rooms have a nice balcony. Its a good safe neighborhood, but a bit far from everywhere, we took a taxi anywhere we went. Perfect for families with kids and couples, since Spa is very very nice. Its definitely overrated, wouldnt give it 5 stars, 4 more likely. Pictures look much better than the actual hotel. 22euro day pass for wifi is too expensive. 10 euro for an hour. For that price nothing is included.

Clean and spa facilities were adequate. Certainly not worthy of 5 star status. Felt a bit like a faded glory. Needs a refurbishment in my view.

Got complimentary late check out until 5:30pm. Spa area's interiors were good. This hotel though it looks like 5 star luxury hotel does not have most of the services of a 5 star hotel. Services can only be compared to an entry level 4 star or a good 3 star hotel. Laundry services was not available on the day I stayed (Sunday)! Packing/Unpacking of my clothes services not available. The room did not have a regular thermostat and was cold when I checked in. I had to call concierge twice. First time, they told me that they had to switch on the heater for the room heater to work! (In a 5 star hotel?) . When it still was cold, only in the second call, some maintenance guy came and told there was some technical problem and the room temperature started rising. Again, though there were plus and minus buttons in the room for temperature control, there was no display for temperature readings (never seen something like this in other hotels) and I am not sure if they were really working. The room I stayed in is extremely small for a 5 star hotel and they look tired as well. Internet connection is not only expensive but limited to just one laptop and phone. There was not enough socket for plugging my laptop and phone behind the work desk at the same time. The hotel did not have extension with multiple sockets. I do not think Restaurant was open at all in the night. Spa did not have availability for certain treatments for nearly 24 hours. The Turkish bath I had taken was not exactly authentic as well. Having said all this, I think the staff were conscious, friendly and trying to provide a friendly service though most of the services I was expecting in this hotel was simply unavailable. Looks like not enough money is spent on maintenance and services as I even noticed the lobby flooring has cracks all over the place.

Excellent spa center: a swimming pool, sauna, turkish sauna, fitness center, massages. Wi-fi has to be paid. For a 5 star hotel it is not good.

Quality of apartments and SPA (really wonderful experience), hotel services, staff was also very hepful. The value for money was excellent for Rome. Some minor details - temperature of air conditioning in the room could be less intensive for October; breakfast was sufficient and rather substantial for Italy, but definitely not the kind of choice you can have in five star hotel in Germany or Scandinavia; WiFi connection could be definitely faster and more stable for 22 euros, required for this service. If to complete the equipment of SPA zone, there could be circular and Sharco showers. Also, the region of the city is more suitable for travellers with their own cars, otherwise (if you are not a fan of long distance walking) you should be ready to constant use of taxies or public transport to the places of interest.

Excellent staff and accomodation. Spa very good. Outdoor pool also very nice but not in use after 30 September. Bar food menu was very limited. Location is beautiful and quiet but a 10 euro taxi ride from the main attractions of Rome.

New SPA is amazing with 25m indoor swimming pool Outside Pool and location is nice as not to far from city center (30mins walk through Villa Borghese to Spanish Steps) and away with a nice outdoor swimming pool if you want to stay away from the crowds and relax. The furniture needs updating, very classical style as many hotels in Rome and Italy. The breakfast room is a bit depressing have to wait a while for Taxis and there is not much other choice if you want to move around.

The property is gorgeous and well maintained. It is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood which is walking distance to some of the main tourist destinations in Rome. The pools (both inside and out) were an oasis of peace and relaxation that perfectly balanced the crowds and "work" of site seeing. We also loved the workout facility. The concierge was extremely helpful. The prices were a bit prohibitive. We chose to eat outside of the hotel almost exclusively for good food at a more affordable price.

I liked the grand decor & surroundings . Outdoor swimming pool & top class spa. Quiet location situated next to villa borghese. Balcony & air conditioning. Excellent breakfast plenty of choice. Reception very helpful & knowledgable. Lifeguard at pool made sure you were well catered for adjusting beds & umbrellas & fresh towels. Excellent cocktails. I did not like that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Had to pay for Breakfast again if having it in bedroom on top of an €8 service charge which is understandable but breakfast was included in booking price so basically paid twice . No trouser press only ironing service which was €9 for a short sleeved shirt which took half an hour & made us late for a dinner reservation. Got charged €18 for roughly 10 minutes on Internet. Tv in room had various European channels but really British channels were the news & mtv. Was €15 per film or €25 for unlimited channels for 24 hours.

Very nice hotel, luxurious and comfortable. The location is perfect, far away from the crowded streets of rome and at the same time close to all the great attractions. The rooms are very clean (cleaned twice per day), and the swimming pool is very causy. The restaurant of the hotel was disappointing : choices are limited, and the food is not so good. Also wi-fi is not free of charge, and no free parking is available.

We chose this hotel to be a little out of the main centre. Very accessible by cab which was not expensive. Hotel has two pools both excellent. Not a family hotel, would not hesitate to stay there again. Hotel exceeded our expectations.

Hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The facilities and grounds were fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was great and provided a large selection of good foods. My wife and daughters were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Location is perfect. A bit out of the core and nice and peaceful but close enough to get to major attractions with a small taxi fare. Overall - very pleased and would stay there again.

This hotel was fabulous! Just out of the city centre but still walking distance to all famous locations. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room service, excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the swimming pool/outdoor cafe area was beautiful. Thouroughly recommend this hotel. Nothing.
