Location - just outside city walls so a 20 min walk to the metro - although there is a shuttle bus from the hotel (one way only - into Rome not back again)
Location, food, sauna, pool. Linen and towel room service fast and efficient.
Bathroom had staining in floor marble around toilet and sink. Bath sink had no water pressure. Bath & shower restrictive.
Overall all the facility i have used
Air condition control by the reception
The helpful staff, the wonderfully comfortable bedding, the clean surrounding, attention to detail, the inclusive free Wi-fi!, the spa facilities, the hydro pool, the breakfast was tasty and tea and coffee supplied on demand. All in all I can't really fault the hotel, I would definitely stay again.
Not being able to access the Wi-fi in the bar outside.
Breakfast was great
Expensive bar and food, and not so central, but a lovely stroll through the Park to the action.
Everything helpful friendly inviting when in Rome enjoy and relax Little more
Good location.15 min brisk walk to Spanish steps through beautiful park Borghese. Nice pool. Leak from room over ours was fixed instantly.
Walls between rooms and corridor thin as paper. Could very clearly hear TV from neighbour room. Called for help with this 3 times in 2 days, nothing was done. Same, boring breakfast buffet every day for 7 days. Pool side food and room service food poor in taste. Smoking is allowed on the terrace for all meals - even breakfast! Yuk! Children allowed to play video games with music on at breakfast and non of the personnel stopped it.
All you need in hotel, fantastic pool, great views across Rome from the our room. very friendly and helpful staff, not too far out if town nice walk into town through park, hotel shuttle bus is free, breakfast is super.
If you are paying cash make sure you resolve this at the point at which you check in otherwise payment will be taken off your card WiFi for only two devices per room Restaurant is very expensive
location is perfect, inside pool is good, staff is very friendly
wifi is limited to two devices, some noise from the zoo side during the day, short hours of the outside pool, no shampoo and conditioner in the spa showers
Lovely pool and spa excellent restaurant
Poor wifi signal little out of town charging for a fabric swim hat....
The staff is excellent and outstanding. And sometimes people just make the difference.
I found it rather cost-effective considering what it has to offer: A very nice spa center, outdoor pool in Rome (especially important in summer), friendly staff, clean hotel in a nice surrounding. It was easy to walk into touristic attractions via Borghese park.
Lovely grand hotel breakfast good lovely pool area nice room but not much space
Not close enough to city about 20minute walk
Nice Outdoor pool Great spa and indoor pool Park and trees surround hotel. Very stylised rooms
nothing bad :)
The food and the servoce at the pool
Everything is perfect!
Beautiful - stunning rooms and pool
Excellent facilities V Comfortable Helpful staff
Everything. Reception and concierge were excellent, we loved having the pool, workout equipment best ever seen. Very good on getting cabs.
Loved this hotel, one of the best we stayed in! Spa divine as was massage. Room spacious and clean, spa bath, fresh fruit you name it. Prefect Junior Suite for hubbys 40th birthday.
Restaurant needs a cheaper less fussy menu as we chose to eat out as didn't fancy the choices. Also check in was delayed due to overbookings and being too busy but minor issues!
No water in the room. Guest were treated as second citizens when conference attendees arrived shutting the pool area for four consecutive evening at 6pm for guest.

This place is amazing!!! The room, view and staff were all wonderful. There is a huge variety available for breakfast.
No made to order eggs.
my first time in Rome and we were so lucky with this amazing hotel
WOW!!! We only got the opportunity to be there for about 18 hours...but what a great 18 hours! Pool, spa, dinner--everything was wonderful.
Spa is a bit odd--children splashing around the spa pool, the bathing cap for 5 Euro is a bit inconsistent with a top tier hotel...if you are a paying hotel guest, you should include the cap (especially when you close the outdoor pool early for an event, like you did the day we were there)
