The locations was very good and the buffet breakfast was also very good. The other hotel amenities were mediocre and the hotel was understaffed. The decor in the rooms needs updating. There were stains on the bedspread and the chair was broken. |

We arrived at the hotel around lunch time and found a very warm welcome with a simple check in and were shown to our room to find a lovely bottle of wine and some cakes awaiting. During our stay we found all the staff very helpful. We visited the hotel resturant on our last evening and had a very enjoyable meal. |

The quality of the hotel, food, staff and rooms were all very good.I was ill the last day and we could use the room without any problem or pay till 16.00.Very nice people, always ready to help. Please realize that the hotel is not in the city centre. Public transport is available not not so reliable. |

Bellissima struttura. Splendido il bar all'ultimo piano, magnifica la terrazza, altrettanto il ristorante. Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione giorno e notte. Molto romantico, nel periodo natalizio con tutti gli addobbi poi è da favola! La camera, avendo scelto la categoria "deluxe" (la migliore dopo le suite) a mio parere non proprio è da 5 stelle Lusso. Ci vorrebbe un pò più cura di alcuni particolari in particolare del bagno, bello, abbastanza grande ma non di "lusso". |

La vista del mare dalla mia camera e la splendida vista del golfo di Napoli dalla terrazza del ristorante. La cortesia dello staff, La pulizia di bagno e camera. La dotazione della biancheria da bagno. Nelle camere basse, io ero al secondo piano, soffre un pò il rumore della strada e c'è poca privacy se si aprono le tende per godere della vista (una siepe di piante verdi o un vetro non trasparente da un lato posto davanti alla ringhiera del balcone aiuterebbe). Il parquet è molto bello e caldo ma fa sentire tutti i rumori anche quelli dei passi. E' decentrato anche se molto ben collegato, funicolare vicinissima e taxi sempre disponibili. |
